This time around I did not receive a reply the following day, so in the afternoon of the day after that I phoned them, following up on the now two-day old email. I was told that they were replying to my email just at the very moment I was ringing them which seemed quite the coincidence. Anyway, they clarified the points over the phone and I then spent a few hours that same evening meticulously taking the measurements and drawing a diagram for them.

I emailed that off to them late that evening but did not receive a response or hear back from them again. Based on this experience, I would rate their communication as poor to non-existent so I decided to go an alternative route to solve my hail cover problem.

Great service, great products. Brendan was great to deal with, very helpful. Delivery was very quick too. You get what you pay for. I would recommend them to any looking for a quality cover for something you want to protect from the weather longterm.

Great Cover – I ordered a custom made pizza oven cover, made in Australia in their own factory, the price was great and it arrived very quickly, within a week. It is very well made and fits perfectly, the whole process was easy and the team were amazing to deal with. I can't recommend this company enough.

Well made and just what we ordered. Fitted well – Everything was great. Just a little suggestion on the A Frame cover we ordered. It did not have tabs on the back to help keep it tied down behind the Gas Bottles. It comes off regularly. It is OK though I am a sewer and I can sew on some tabs myself. Show reply
