This service is the worst! Submitted my ID photos. Received an email something is wrong. Ok uploaded another pic. Received an email something is wrong! Hit the help button absolutely useless. Emailed them asking for a contact number. Got one. Spoke to a person. The person had a look online and said all good. Received an email something is wrong. I was told to upload a PDF of my document. Guess what couldn’t upload it. Spoke to another person……oh no I have to reject it to upload the document! It doesn’t allow me to upload the PDF. Oh um scroll d

I had to pay first up! If I knew this I would never have used this mob! It is one of the worst services I have ever used! After they read this I might not even get my check! I don’t care because you have to know the massive runaround just to get a check. Don’t believe the ad saying quick! Try days if not weeks. Terrible one star is too much to give them!
Absolutely horrendous to deal with
If you don't fit into a box, they will not help you. Not can't, they just will not. Worst customer service i have had in a long time.

I don't know how this thing got 4 stars review. I think from my experience as job applicant requested by employer using this service to do reference check is completely nightmare. If I have any potential employers using this for reference check, I will instantly withdrawal my job application. you have to experience it yourself. I don't want to waste too much time help them improve their product but I want to say their streamline reference check is streamline nightmare.

Absolute waste of time of a company
Ordered my police check now 3 weeks ago, they say it has to be manually checked by police, don't use this company they lie and say it's in the hands of police when really they have either forgotten or lost the information provided.
Persistent follow ups
Received a request on the Sunday of a long weekend. Sent another one on the Monday Public holiday. Note the form is close to 30 questions and takes about an hour to complete. By Tuesday I get sms and email before 9am titled Urgent Reminder. Called your contact centre and they were not available and based on the hours of operation were not even open when sending your requests.
Be respectful of the people you are asking to assist you. No one appreciates spam and titling emails as Urgent within a short time frame is aggressive.
Waste of time and money
Could have had my traffic check a week ago for $20 less and no headache!
The only reason I got my results back in a somewhat reasonable period was because I emailed them THREE TIMES. No response from customer service any of these times.
They are not clear about how you need to physically "wet sign" the forms and also that the government forms cannot be printed on public use printers i.e. libraries and Officeworks etc.
Wish I had read the awful reviews before using this site.
Time wasted, hope it comes before the end of the year
Terrible experience
Ridiculous. Applied for two traffic history checks. Website is terrible, I still keep getting emails saying I haven't uploaded the documents even though it says they're uploaded correctly. Have emailed with no reply, and there's no other way to get in touch. I ended up going direct to the police in two states and got them back in 2 days. CVCheck is not worth the hassle.

About to start a new job. I ordered a police check from cv. I was worried since reading the reviews after the fact. Communication was great and I had my police check with in a week. Thanks
Rubbish.Waste of time and money.
They put my current employer as purpose on NPC. It can't be used for any job application. And the NPC actually isn't the same as the one from government website. How to get refund?
Will not allow generate a new password
I am over these incompetent people. I lost the password that they generated for me. Have requested new password umpteen times. Get an email today saying I received my password….NO I DIDNT!

Terrible
I've order my check on 11/4, it is almost one month and still haven't received my police check for a work thing They keep on saying Vic police are having trouble and need to do more depth research.
I just recently done one via St Vinnies as a volunteer with their in-house police check. 48 hrs process. My WWC is faster than this and working with children do more of a comprehensive check.
Quite frankly. I don't need this Police Report anymore as I've ordered it elsewhere.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER! I should have read the reviews earlier on. Waste of $50
5 weeks and waiting
I ordered my police check 5 weeks ago and are still waiting, unable to contact and discuss the hold up. This has been a dissapointing experience

So did anyone actually receive their police check from them? I see alot of reviews that there are delays, but nothing about actually getting them. Unfortunately I think I've fallen victim to this scam as well.
It's been a month for me and still haven't got it hoping it'll come in next few days but not holding my breath IV called them up and complained was meant to get a call from the head of the complaints team but never did so yea I wouldn't hold ur breath on receiving it either applied on 17th of last month
