3 points of ID plus 4 photos for a selfie including opening your mouth... too much ID for digital in my opinion there is always a hacker smarter to collect all this ID highly do not recommend

We've used this service over 5 years now, to apply for police checks for my employees. It's an easy straight forward process. We received the police checks promptly. The price is fair and cheaper in comparison to other services. I've called them before for help, the experience was pleasant, the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Beyond a joke. Don’t use this service they take forever. Have had multiple checks in the past 5 years back within 24 hours. 16 days later and I’m still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT USE these people.Since I’ve used them I now get daily scammers ringing me.

No issue – Gotta be honest with you, I’ve used this company on 4 occasions and never had a problem. He an update if there’s a delay and I even spoke to someone In Perth once and all got. I gave 4 stars as no company gets full marks from me

Police check in 3 hours!! – I needed a police check for job purposes. After submitting the application today at 12pm, I received the report at 3pm. I’m not sure, if it’s because I have done another check with AFP (still waiting for the report that was posted last Thursday!). Anyway, quite happy with the outcome.

the FAQ section it said that 4 forms of ID were normally required in 3 categories. The list included (which would be most of the public) passport, driving licence, medicare card, bank card, credit card. The alarms bells were ringing out loud! I recently applied for a position through an agency that didn't list who their client was, so I emailed them as a precaution. A lady phoned me and when I explained the issue she assured me it was not anything to do with their advertisement and they always contact candidates first! More alarm bells! I've also emailed VISY and expect the same response from themselves. **DO NOT TRUST CV Check and do not click on any link you get from them.**

CV Check have taken 9 days to do a simple check so the 24 to 48 hours that they can get your result is rubbish. As a former MP Queensland and Justice of the peace I can state this as fact.

Really complicated process. They ask you to click selfies with many different face poses to prove that you are alive, then ask you to upload lots of documents. Better to apply police check directly through australian federal police website. Much more easier and quicker.

As others have noted already, really terrible experience with this. Only used them because employee said I needed to. Loaded ID docs three times, and requested support, with no reply. For Police clearance, just go to the Police Dept themselves - much easier, and is cheaper too.

and I've wasted my money with this lot. I cannot recommend this company and not their replies seem reasonable but I note there's quite a lot of similar ones and no improvement. Big red flag for me is no contact phone number. Is an asymmetrical communication method at its worst: they take your money and if you have a problem you may see an unhelpful response in Product Review.

cv check has a terrible system to upload documents, the site crashes and deletes my progress for a police check asking me to pay again. I use the enquiries tool to get them to help which they never reply to. DO NOT USE CVCHECK, TERRIBLE

You didn't need my Passport and Drivers licence and Medicare card and a dozen photos from every direction... this is big brother data collection at it very best.

Absolute joke of a company. Always delays which are blamed on the Police but its in fact because CV check is incompetent. The website is hard to navigate, customer service is no existence. Its nothing more than a scam.

The ID checks with this company are ridiculous and when I asked to cancel my order and get a refund I got no reply. UPDATE managed to get a refund by calling the company and got the refund instantly, clearly their emails are not monitored.

made an online application direct with WA Police so we will see how long it really takes the WAPOL to activate a clearance, this experience with CVCheck has cost me twice as much as it normally would & despite emails to them and contact on their Facebook page I think I can kiss $60 plus goodbye, my advise, DO NOT USE THEM!

of how it will be handled after the check; has no way of contacting them, sends repeat emails about delays every three days, and have so far, delivered nothing. It appears to be an AI model and the positive reviews read like they are written by AI also. Believe the 1 star ratings, they are going to be the truth.

i uploaded 4 pieces of valid and relevant photo IDs. and two other IDs. medicare and centrelink. for some unknown reason this was not enough, cvc. insisted on credit card statements, a picture of my credit card, other bank details. i have never been asked for that information for a national police check. i have had over 6 national police checks… Read more

come back successfully without banking details. this was for a job application, not a credit check. cvc is a scam and all they want is to thieve your money. If any company askes you to use cvc , they are more than likely in the same scammers office. I received an email from cvc. saying my contact references came back clear, I asked my referees if they had been contacted and they said NO??? i DO NOT RECOMMEND CVC. TO ANYONE. watch out for potential employers using cvc. it is not worth getting scammed.

CVCheck Web app an absolute disaster and any untility using this facility will be serverely compromised to say the least and loose out on securing prime expertise. Avoid at all costs.

Happy to pay again, but if I need to resubmit everything again, then based on my suspicion that your system was hacked into, then I will go elsewhere.

requiring me to log on to my account, where I found a message saying the pdf file of my birth certificate couldn't be opened.Lots of other agencies and individuals were able to open the document without difficulty.....but not CVCheck. I scanned a further copy and uploaded it. Several hours later I received another letter requiring me to log on to my account again. There I find a message saying my birth certificate has been rejected because it's not a full birth certificate...... only it is and has been certified by a JP. I sent a message asking for urgent contact to resolve the issue - I need this police check to be able to work. No reply. Next task was finding a phone number on the website. When I was finally able to speak to a person, they confirm that I have uploaded a full birth certificate. I was then told that they use a computer to check documents and the computer thought the document was "blurry" so rejected it as not being a full birth certificate. The document was not blurry. CV Check don't have an effective program for human oversight of their poorly implemented AI process. I've now experienced unnecessary delays. I went with CVCheck as their previous service had been of a much higher standard than my experience this time around. I won't be using them again.

CVCheck false advertise. Period – CVCheck false advertise. They advertise that you can share your employment references. This cannot be done. CVCheck do not respond to complaints when raising the false advertising concerns. Bad business.
