Terrible customer service! Steer clear! – After numerous times contacting this company asking them to cancel my order, they unapologetically got back to me weeks later saying they had shipped it anyway. This is despite me asking them to cancel my order the very day after I placed it. The high price of shipping you pay to get it to Australia just isn't worth it. I am still waiting for the overpriced product 6 weeks after the order was placed............

Terrible customer service, wouldnt recommend – WARNING !!! BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY - Australian buyer review I recently came across a company called Cymbiotika and its owner through a great health and wellbeing mentor of ours online (I won't mention his name) I researched and followed the owner online as his products seemed popular and the company seemed trustworthy. ( be careful of companies with perfect online reviews)

Xmas is coming up so I thought id suprise my wife with a few of their products Directly through their website I ordered the following products, - The OMEGA - DHA + ASTAXANTHIN + EPA - Synergy B12 - Micelle Delivery System - Fulvic Minerals - NEXUS - Activated CBD + Curcumin C-3

The payment was made and a confirmation email was sent with a USPS tracking number, and my item was on its way. ( their website states they ship within a few days - or do they?)

A few weeks had passed with no contact, so I checked the tracking number provided and it stated the tracking number had been created but USPS was still waiting for the item from the supplier.

I emailed Cymbiotika for an update on my order, no response So I emailed them again a few days later asking for a response otherwise id like to cancel my order, (this is when they responded and their customer service turned terrible) With little compassion they stated their postage company had lost the item. (USPS was still waiting for the item?) I stated that I wasn't happy with their service at this point so id like a full refund, with little attempt to rectify the situation. They then responded, The owner will be notified of your dissatisfaction as well, so he is fully aware of the situation. We are confident that he would be more displeased with your reaction above all else.

So you make an online order, they give you a tracking number thats incorrect, they forget about, you follow up and ask where your order is and you get treated like you've done wrong, then the owner will be displeased with your reaction... WOW I'm still yet to receive my refund - very disappointing from a wellbeing product company I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
