scissors?? Without success. When I expressed my frustration with the quality of the items, the reaction from that person was that, if I wasn’t happy to take it to the store where I purchased it from. It sounded as it was our problem. I read previous comments later and noticed similar negative reactions from this gentleman, rude and loss of temper. I wish people like him can be named in forum like this one, so that customers are aware. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing the furniture. Customer relations seems to be lost with some retailers. You purchase, you pay in advance then they expect you to accept faulty items. Dankz no more!

Removed] - last week explained (over the phone of course and not in writing) that the images used to advertise on their website are edited to suit for marketing. This is all well and good until you receive a completely different colour. A simple apology and a resolution straight up would have been appreciated. Instead you ignored this, spoke over both of us on separate occasions and showed no professionalism at all.

I simply ask that you have this lounge collected and exchanged for the one I ordered on line or a full refund plus our freight costs please. I don’t even care about the website stuff up or if the lounge was incorrectly labeled.

I have to make note that I have made numerous attempts to have this resolved with this said “manager” joondalup and have only received a raised voice, spoken over and told I should have come into the store to look before purchasing. Good on you [Name Removed] for being the best manager a company of this size could ask for you are doing an outstanding job!

Absolute foreign rubbish – My parents bought the DANKZ Zero Wall LEATHER lounge after being told it was WA made, they spent the 4.5k to get quality. was caused by body oils. Now as I said this is their second lounge, it was a little over a year old, cost over $4500 for a 3 seater and 2 seater, and just one arm rest peeling with the rest of the lounge uncreased and unused. They have flat out refused to cover it under warranty, it is clearly an issue with leather quality. Oh and the kicker, apparently they get made overseas in an asian country not in WA as stated, had my parents of been told the truth there is no way they would have purchased this lounge. Major dissappointment for such an expensive purchase, misleading and certainly will not be entering these stores again, nor will any family.

Happy – I have bought a dining suite from Dankz furniture which I am very happy with, it will be delivered on Monday and looking forward to the suite arriving thank you

store it felt firm but comfortable like I needed for my back and was promised the frame of the sofa was a solid unit made from jarrah wood which should mean it would be strong and long lasting so I brought it.

After having it delivered from day one it did not live up to expectations and when two friends came over and sat on it the whole frame flexed to the point if you put your hand under the middle section you can feel the frame work flexing a good 5cm and this was with people who don't weigh all that much. The frame also creaked from one side which really was unacceptable. Still I was told this was normal and the wood needs time to settle which like a sucker I brought into. The creaking did mostly stop but the frame has too much flex in it and part of the reason is it lacks a hidden middle foot support too which even cheap couches have and this one is not cheap and longer than most so it really needs that missing middle foot support.

Still that is not the worst thing about this sofa. While the cushions are firm the frame is lacking in sufficient Webbing Strapping so after a few months any support given by the firmer cushions is lost by them sinking down due to lack of decent webbing straps. It's shocking and I hardly use the horrible thing and ended up keeping my old sofa which at 25 years old still is 100 times more supportive and comfortable than this Dankz rubbish.

Also the pillow like back pillows get out of shape and combined with the poor bottom cushion support make for a sofa no one can sit in with any comfort for more than a few minutes at best.

It's a horrible and useless sofa that is not even worth half it's asking price and I really should have tried to make them take it back but now I'll just end up writing it off as an expensive mistake and throw it out with the next bulk rubbish collection because it's too rubbish to even give away.
