Davey Silensor SLL 200

Crap warranty – Brand new pump, 9 months later the capacitor goes. Guess what not covered under warranty, consumable item apparently, will be going back to Onga. At least they cover capacitor for 12 months.

Silensor not silent – Brand new SLS200 so damn noisy...back to the shop it goes. This pump was to replace the same model which burnt out after minimal use. Absolute rubbish. Will never buy Davey brand again

Absolute rubbish pump – Bought this brand new in November 2016 and have had nothing but trouble. Just won't start most times and is super noisy. Don't know why it's branded as Silensor !? time . It will be soon out of warranty and so ill be purchasing an entirely different brand once this finally dies on me. Which won't be long !

Anyway whatever you do, don't buy this product !!!

Does not last the distance – I purchased a Davey Silensor SLL 200 and it only lasted 4 years before burning out. There was no cause that I could find as to why it burnt out and the supplier could not shed any light on it either. as it was all the only pool shop in town sold. I wouldn’t recommend this brand given my experience and the fact that it only lasted 1 year past the warranty. 2 weeks on, and I still have not had a reply from the company after l sent them an email via their website.

Rubbish - 3 year warranty worthless – I've now had 2 & both have had seals give way & water damaged motor - last one under warranty told seals not covered & charged $88 for service guy to look at it for 10 mins - not happyo

Rubbish product. No warrantee – 2 seized motors in 2 years. Told warranty has changed. No cover for sucking up sand or dirt. That's what they are for. I am now up for another excess with my insurance. Not happy at all. Rang Davey told I would get a call back as staff at customer care didn't know if it was covered, heard nothing yet. but alas, this was changed 6 months ago. There is no cover for seals that go. Water gets into the motor and burns it out. I have no sand in my yard except in between my pavers. I will not be getting another Davey pump. This is a water cooled pump that has no warranty if anything but water gets in. Crazy crazy crazy....
