We had your measurer attend and quote on the splashback plus a replacement glass tabletop. Anthony was excellent, brought colour samples, explained glass type, and installation options and was able to quote on-the-spot. Very thorough.

We committed to the job and in no time at all an installation date/time was locked into. Your installer, Peter, arrived on time, and efficiently completed the installation. He demonstrated all the hallmarks of a first class tradesperson…. Clean, efficient, attention to detail and enthusiastic.

The completed job is so good and we really like the solution.

Brilliant!! Compared to our friend's glass spashback, Decoglaze's is just so much better – While more expensive than competitors, the result for fit, colour, panel matching is amazing. The alignment of the glass with my stone bench is perfect. Joins are maybe 1mm at most in the corners and the colour pattern perfect. My wife and I [plus friends] are seriously impressed with one being sorry she did not use Decoglaze.

Best thing we ever done, much better than tiles – Craig and Phil done a fantastic job putting in our glass splash back. We were very pleased with the communication and advice that we received. Discruntal customer – Poor service from the very beginning the office staff were rude and slow and the job was measured incorrect twice. When the glass was finally installed silicone was left all over my kitchen, there was a chipped corner and I think the installer may have been intoxicated. cracked the owner at decoglaze [name removed] refused to rectify the problem I was told I cracked the glass myself!!

Never ever will I recommend decoglae to anyone.

Bad sales service – We used them in the past and requested another quotation for two bathrooms.A surveyor called and we found them to be $1000.00 more expensive on a quote that was over $5,500.00. We still decided to use them. When I called , I talked to a lady called [name removed] who was not helpful at all and refused to give me the surveyors mobile phone number… Read more

advising that it was against company policy. They would only get him to call me and I could talk to the sales person if and when he was in the office. No guarantees when he was in the office. The sales person that called in , left a busibness card that belonged to another person called [name removed].[name removed] I was told could not take my call and does not answer her mobile.

I am a business person too but it seems that this company requires a major overhaul of their sales division.Needless to say, we did not use them as we could not talk to anyone apart from a recepetionsist that not only kept me waiting on the phone for a while but seemed rather rude with a do not care attitude.

The other companythat we engaged were only too happy to take calls, their after sales service was brilliant as opposed to Deco Glaze. Good luck using this company, you will need it.
