just a shade over $1000.00 for the whole unit and for a technician to come and assemble it and give me 1 hour's tuition on it. Speed in performing functions,simplicity in use.

Good – Overall a pretty standard midi-tower for a decent price. Base configuration is nothing too fancy but plenty of room for expansion means that this could be upgraded to a higher end multi-media or gaming machine. Front microphone and headphone jacks are ideal for voice over internet.

Heaps of usb connections for peripherals. BTX format motherboard is not industry standard, so finding a replacement, if you want to keep the same case, could be difficult.

Tool-less connections concept let down by a small number of connections - e.g. CD/DVD drive bays - that actually require tools.

Not much room between expansion card slots means installation of extra cards can be a chore.

Good – We have had this for 2-3 years now and have had only 2 problems which the phone staff at DELL were able to rectify within 30 minutes. Quick turn on compared to our previous purchase. Loose adapters for sound plugs, they come out with slightest movement.

well and is very reliable. The size is a litle big compared to other computers that have the same capacity. As long as you have a big enough desk to hide the tower it wouldn't be a problem.

if you are into it, work for business, or use it for the various purposes the owner should use it for. It is also used by many of my friends who find in different shops that it is quite cheap with all the accessories that the computer provides, it doesn't lag unless you place too much within the memory capacity.

Good – i think the E520 hase a lot of power but not enuf of evrything needs more RAM, SPACE, GRAPHICS CARD!!!!!!... but it is a realy good computer after all and very reliable. :) it is a good reliable computer and hase a mass kick and looks auffl i seem to get vireses like mad! i can get rid of them. and when i bought it from dell i tryed to clean my hard drive but my recovery disk wouldent work!! :(
