Bully, not trust worthy, was low quote to begin then kept adding more...ended up with 30% more than original...and when i asked for few outstanding task to be done he started to swear and use abusive language......i wished i paid more and had better experience than this transaction. i will not recommend to anyone.

Professional, quick and affordable – I Used Democorp to demolish my house in Campbelltown. They went through every step of the demolition with me before it commenced. Showed up on the exact day they said they would, and only took them 3 days to demolish my house! A stress relief knowing it was ready a week before my builders were scheduled to show up! Cheapest price that came with an efficient and professional service. Highly Recommend!!

Great Work, prompt and reasonable price – James and Belinda were fantastic to deal with and Nothing was a problem for them. They were very efficient and reliable and knocked down our house in 2 days. inspect and show me the location and explained how it would be dealt with. The crew on site did everything to make sure they only took what was needed and tried to minimize as much as possible. I was happy to see it dealt with so professionally. My builder was very happy with the site at handover and commented that Democorps sites are always done well. Highly recommend!!

Star Away – The quote that was given while slightly more than others seemed reasonable given how professional [Name Removed] sounded but as it turned out, not worth the paper it was written on. The extras and exclusions added thousands on top of things. [Name Removed] is a rude and as many people in our Facebook group for builders say, a threatening person, once he has your money. Expensive but worth it! – We used Democorp for a residential demolition last year. The quote was expensive. Democorp were on site when they advised us they would be on site, and got the job done by the time they advised us. We were charged a variation for 23 tonnes of hidden asbestos and then threatened by [Name Removed]s that he would come back and dump it in my driveway if I didn’t pay his excessive fee of $600 a tonne. don't be fooled by the cheap quote ! you will pay heaps more – Beware ! the quote will be towards cheaper end less than 20k but you will lend up paying much more! asbestos). In an old house , its a given there will be asbestos but apparently its excluded from the contract. I even suspect they plant asbestos and try to scare those new to this. Rude and arrogant people to deal with , [Name Removed] has no respect for customer and always condescending in conversation. Work is OK, but nothing like what's on the Instagram, my site was left with full of broken brick and concrete blocks and stones way bigger than the minimum for typical demo clearing. All the good reviews on google praising [Names Removed] must be fake, they are so difficult to deal with once you sign the contract and a dishonest business milking people on asbestos [Name Removed].

Bad experience with Democorp – Democorp's quote was the lowest but we ended up paying $30,000 for demolition and cleaning asbestos on a 600m2 block and obtained the asbestos clearance certificate, and later our builder found asbestos around the perimeter of the block, which was discovered previously but obviously not cleaned properly by their team, builder asked us to go back… Read more

to Democorp and ask for remediation. Democorp refused to do the remediation work and accusing the builder for bringing the asbestos to the site and requested us to pay for the job.
