After much searching to buy an electric toothbrush, I came across the above site for dental reviews. It seemed to provide good information, with many comparisons of companies' products. I settled on their top recommendation and attempted to purchase one toothbrush from WellaWhite. Being used to purchasing online, I filled in my required order, entered my details for delivery and payment. I was then sent an email for a different set of items with a much higher cost to me. I immediately contacted the company by email (all other methods failed) and was told they "could not cancel this order as it had already been packed for dispatch". Their website says customers have one hour to lodge a cancellation of an order. So WARNING - avoid this website at all costs because it will cost you much more than you wish to pay, and give many headaches!
Follow-up · I felt cheated by my dealings with Wellawhite, with unrequested items being charged to me. Then I was pestered to accept other 'attractive offers' when I said I wish to cancel my order. A bewildering chain of emails from Kenneth, Mary, Victor, Charlotte etc followed, warning me about Wellawhite's return policy and asking me to complete a customer survey. Eventually I received most of my money back. I lost about $30. My bank statement shows the transactions were made by a company which showed up as RCH-olladeals Calagry AUS.
