Scam. Don't shop here – Tracking number was a fake. I emailed them about it and got no response. I got half of what I ordered weeks after I ordered, don't get email responses in a timely manner, don't have a refund still.

SCAM❗️ – These absolute scum took my money!! They stated my item was lost in transit and when I declined their offer for 20% off another one being sent and instead asked for a refund of the entire order I was ignored every email! They give you a fake tracking number which doesn’t work. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They should be prosecuted, unreal.

A SCAM – Over a year bits of my order - like one Dermaroller head with no handle, or a handle with no roller - arrived in different packets at different times. Some of my order never arrived. No reply to emails, tracking number doesn't work. The parts I have received are Ok. While the roller is cheaply made it has a nice shape. The plastic handle feels… Read more

comfortable and the metal spikes are sturdy.

The Dermroller heads I received are smaller (more narrow) than I expected and work well for contoured areas like the face. They're too small for larger areas like arms or legs.

My skin felt different after one use. Looking forward to seeing the long term effects, but you'd probably get those same results with a far cheaper, complete product that arrives without months of waiting.

The serum was the last thing to arrive. A tiny bottle in a sad, plastic-covered box that looks like it was found at the back of a thrift store. I haven't been brave enough to try it on my skin yet.

The DermRollers brand charges about 20x the price of a normal Derma Roller. You can buy a non-brand Derma Roller for around $5 online, whereas DermRollers was closer to $100.

Sadly with what you get it feels like a scam, where DermRollers flogs cheap products at very high prices, and gives you just enough to appear legitimate.

I'd buy a Derma Roller again, but I definitely wouldn't use the DermRollers brand.

Legit Company. I received the product but there were hiccups with the delivery – Initially I thought this Company was a SCAM having experienced what others have experienced as well. I eventually received my product after some hiccups with the logistics. I will buy again because the product is good.

Scam Alert! – I paid over $100 for items to DermRoller. I received a tracking number (shipping from Portugal) which made no progress past the shipping notification. My e-mails requesting an update and eventually a refund have gone unanswered. This is a scam! Buyer beware.

Scam company – This is a scam company. They will take your money and send you a shipping number that doesn't work. They will not respond to any emails either. Never received the product.

Scam!! – Unfortunately I trusted the website and the reviews on it but obviously they are all fake. The product I ordered was never dispatched even though seemingly they sent me a tracking number that is not valid! They don't answer emails and my 1 star review is not being published on their website.

SCAM PLEASE BEWARE – Please beware before buying. Placed an order months ago, never arrived. Tracking number they gave me was fake, I couldn't pay with paypal so unable to make a claim, sent countless email to no response, they have a Australian mobile number that is disconnected.
