customer support expecting this to be resolved. Instead, I received what appeared to be an AI-assisted response essentially telling me that I had missed the terms and conditions and that it was my fault for not cancelling within the 30-day trial period.

While I accept that terms and conditions exist, I find it extremely concerning that a customer can believe they are simply choosing free delivery on a one-off purchase and then be hit with a $300 membership charge a month later.

The whole experience has left a very bad impression of Desertcart and its PRO membership model.

My advice: be extremely careful when ordering from Desertcart and make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for. Personally, I would stay away from this company and site.

Sell products in an Australia website without true description which is non compliance with Australia regulation. money and no refund was made. Once good was sent, their Customer Experience Consultant just disappeared in thin air... so doggy. I had to contact AFCA to get American Express to get the money back as America express lazy staff didn't want to investigate goods sold to Australian public which are non compliant with Australia electrical standard. This company are a bunch of scammers. They overpriced their objects they change prices. They give options for trials to try and get people to buy items and then get free postage when you try to place the order. you about 30 something dollars for postage which you never were meant to in the first place and then they end up trying to fix it they say and you have to go through about a process of going email back-and-forth 20+ times and they still don’t do anything. I’ve had to pay support workers cause I’m legally blind to try and do this and nothing‘s working they won’t help me. They keep requesting more stuff after I give them the stuff that that was needed. These guys are a bunch of scammers. Don’t use them. They will scam you for every cent that they can out of you. I would not trust him for a bar soap.

Said tried to deliver order but couldnt, Tracking said it hadn’t even left Dubai. Delivery address was Australia. Wouldn’t refund only store credit. Ordered again paid extra for delivery. 22/06/2026 Made an order of Rumblex 4D exercise machine week ago. Than I came across the reviews and felt unsure if I chose correctly to use them. To my surprise Desertcart was excellent. Soooth process from the start to fantastic delivery from US to Australia in a week (product in great condition). Well done Desertcart-very happy customer.

Actually legit – Reading this made me worried this was a scam but actually product arrived in a timely fashion as advertised and I even had to change my address (prior to shipment) and it was easy to do with the 24/7 chat support

Impressed! – Excellent communication and updates throughout the process from end to end. Delivered right on time - one of the best experiences I've had with online shopping. Definitely will order again!

I received the goods in timely fashion but was ripped off money wise. The UK invoice that was with the goods had a total that was under AUD130 but I was charged almost $260. messages that had been sent to me about my order. They did not attach an invoice to any of the emails that they sent. They also had the hide to offer me $20 off my next order. That won't be happening!

My order was missing one box out of 6. I contacted their support and reported immediately. Since then, not single email for the update. I need to follow up many times (5-6), but keep saying they coordinate with the seller and update me in 24-48 hours, but this never happened. Will never order from this site anymore

The WORST!! The people are total scam artists. They shipped the item weeks after it was due for delivery. Then they refused to cancel it. They said they wouldn’t allow me to reject delivery. They said accept delivery and then we will pick it up again in 3-5 days and issue a full refund. Then they never showed up and refused to arrange a pickup. It’s a fraudulent scheme. Please be careful not to get cheated like me.

Scammed out of 179 euro. My bank initially refused to refund. I then did a visa dispute which I won.

I bought something from the US for $6.5k and 4 weeks later, as the item had already been shipped half way around the world, they call me asking me to pay an additional $4.2k in shipping costs! Absolute scammers, stay away!

Obvious a total scam – The original purchase was fine. Product arrived and a good price. HOW EVER ONE MONTH LATER $400 taken from account. Fortunately it was spotter by commonwealth bank.

Desert cart have ruined a 5 year olds Christmas – They take your money and never give the product. All my son wanted was a particular garbage truck which Desertcart was selling. I ordered the item, paid for it but they haven’t shipped it and they don’t know when it will arrive. Had I had known I would have purchased the product elsewhere. I’m so upset for my son
