22/06/2026 Made an order of Rumblex 4D exercise machine week ago. Than I came across the reviews and felt unsure if I chose correctly to use them. To my surprise Desertcart was excellent. Soooth process from the start to fantastic delivery from US to Australia in a week (product in great condition). Well done Desertcart-very happy customer.

messages that had been sent to me about my order. They did not attach an invoice to any of the emails that they sent. They also had the hide to offer me $20 off my next order. That won't be happening!
My order was missing one box out of 6. I contacted their support and reported immediately. Since then, not single email for the update. I need to follow up many times (5-6), but keep saying they coordinate with the seller and update me in 24-48 hours, but this never happened. Will never order from this site anymore

Misleading advertised prices on stock – False and misleading Google search results used as Click bait. A hand cream I’m looking for is shown as available at $2 on desertcart and when you click on product to go to the listing it’s OUT OF STOCK of course and the cheapest one they have available is $47. This is absolutely false and misleading advertising.
Was about to purchase a Twinings Tea you cant get here in Australia locally. Said free delivery on the Google search page however when i to check out it said I had to purchase much more ($88 in my case) to get free delivery. FALSE ADVERTISING!! P.s. my purchase was going to be over $60 so I thought yes this is very good. And then it wasn't. Very sad.

completely different from the original – I have been using this product for over three years and know exactly what it should be like.
This clearly indicates that fake products are being sold. When I contacted customer service to return it, they refused since the bottle was opened. But the only way to verify authenticity is by opening and checking it, so their response makes no sense.
This is unacceptable and misleading. Customers deserve authentic products, not counterfeits. Please be cautious – this website is selling fake items.
Frauds and thieves – Thieves! They steal from customers and apply a charge for yearly subscription without giving you notification! Never put your bank account in their website! They are frauds I don’t know how they are able to operate in UAE! They should be banned and hold responsible

Said tried to deliver order but couldnt, Tracking said it hadn’t even left Dubai. Delivery address was Australia. Wouldn’t refund only store credit. Ordered again paid extra for delivery. And same thing happened. ‘Unable to deliver’. Only offered refund of extra postage. Do not purchase from Desertcart

The WORST!! The people are total scam artists. They shipped the item weeks after it was due for delivery. Then they refused to cancel it. They said they wouldn’t allow me to reject delivery. They said accept delivery and then we will pick it up again in 3-5 days and issue a full refund. Then they never showed up and refused to arrange a pickup. It’s a fraudulent scheme. Please be careful not to get cheated like me.
Stay away from these people. They didn’t have the product and wasted a month of my time. Very poor and unreliable service. Only buy from a verified, reputable supplier. I wish I could rate zero.

Awful company will take your money. As others have said on here, they took £179 from my account a whole year after i tried (and failed) to use them. It is a 'membership subscription'. What kind of membershipt to a RETAIL service costs that much!? A complete scam, steeer clear of them!
0 stars. They're thieves and frauds. Never sign up for the yearly subscription and if u do, make sure u contact your bank and block them. Stole my 180 pounds last year and just tried to do it again this year. Thank God my bank contacted me.

Desert cart have ruined a 5 year olds Christmas – They take your money and never give the product. All my son wanted was a particular garbage truck which Desertcart was selling.
