Great lounge but no after sales service – I bought one of these lounges earlier this year. They are absolutely fantastic. Shame the company went out of business and offer no replacement covers etc. It was one of the main reasons why I bought this lounge. As far as I know this company was a subsidiary of King Furniture and don't offer any after sales service for these products either.

Good contemporary design and great value for money – Due to the floods in South Australia my order to WA was delayed slightly. Thank you so much Eugenia for keeping me updated on a regular basis. Fabulous customer service. My order has arrived and I am so happy with my Smart Living Package with Smart Sofa.

Incredible Product and Service – We ordered the 2-seater Smart Sofa at 10:15am, it was at our house by 2pm, and we had it setup and were sitting on it by 2:30pm. The sofa is so versatile, comfy, and stylish... it's incredible. We have it in our spare bedroom/home office so it looks great in the background of a video session for work, but when we have a guest, it easily converts into a reasonably comfy bed for them. We absolutely love it.

Perfect Sofa, Perfect Service! – The sofa is the perfect size and colour, the grey is beautiful and soft. It is adjustable however you need. It can be transformed into a 2 seater, 3 seater, modular and even a bed! Mikaela was a great help! When it came to answering any questions I had and getting the product shipped and delivered quickly, nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend due to the product quality, comfort and customer service.

Cushion and cover replacements – The couches are great however if a cushion is damaged or just a cover you need to buy the entire set. e.g. if you need a replacement back cushion you need to buy an entire single module. Likewise if one of the covers is damaged you have to buy the entire module covers to get this one piece replaced.

found design online after 5 hours of researching couches from temple and webster, zanui and lounge lovers. I was considering paying almost 3.5k just to get something that fit through the door even if the reviews were bad. Luckily I didn’t have to break the bank and found this beauty of a lounge. Paid for it the following morning and it arrived that afternoon. Assembled and in use that night. This is the best experience I’ve had with a furniture company and can’t thank them enough. if you’re on the fence just buy it! It’s versatile, very comfortable and goes with lots of decor too.

Fantastic goose down quilt – The Design.online goose down and feather quilt is wonderful. We've been looking for a new quilt for winter for a while and this one is just perfect. It feels luxurious, is warm, light and fluffy and feels like you are sleeping under a warm cloud. I would definitely recommend this quilt to everyone.

Couldn't be happier! – I ordered a mattress and bed and couldn't be happier. Was super easy to put together (did it by myself and didn't need any tools to do it). The mattress is very comfy and after 1 month i have no complaints. Smart Sofa easily becomes a bed – I've had the smart sofa from Design.Online for a couple of months now and love it. Over the school holidays the kids had a few of their friends sleep over and the smart sofa converted quickly & easily to a comfortable bed. Made the right decision with Flex Bed! – Recently bought the Flex Bed and honestly it was such a great move. Looks great for something so easy to put together. The fabric on the bed head is so soft (and is machine washable) and the grey colour fit so well in my modern bedroom. It is very sturdy as well. So many positive things to say about this sofa – It looks great, very comfortable and the fabric feels of high quality. We were very fortunate that this is modular by design, because as we envisaged it would fill the space, it didn't!
