A joke – Purchased a pole saw back 2 months ago and still waiting on my battery. Something has to be done about this. It’s simply misleading advertising.

DeWalt's "Guaranteed" Redemption is False advertising – After contacting DeWalt regarded their Non-Redemption System over 3 months - I have found like others. it dose not work. I have talked to Sydney Took about this, they said they will talk to the DeWalt Rep. DeWalt's "Guaranteed" Redemption is False advertising - Next step I will talk to the ACC Fair Trading.

Scam redemptions – Wish i could vote zero stars. Been waiting 9 months now for my redemption. (2 x 5ah batteries) Rang Dewalt 5 times now. Always say sorry, there's been an issue with delivery, you will receive them next week. Still waiting 9 months later. Total SCAM. I have spent over $10,000 on Dewalt cordless tools. Don't be fooled by their scam promotions.

Been waiting 7 months for a work light redemption for buying an automotive kit – I got my redemptions for several other products, albeit with quite a long delay. Every time I contact them to get this latest redemption resolved I get ghosted. I don't expect to ever see it.

I thought this seemed like an extremely long time to send out a package. Well, it has now been almost 60 working days and still NOTHING from Dewalt.

Dewalt products seem OK, but their customer service appears to be quite poor. Their redemption scheme would, so far, appear to be little more than a SCAM, although they could prove me wrong, I hope!

Anyhow, from my experience with Dewalt to date, I won't be rushing to buy anymore of their products!

If you want excellent customer service go with Festool. Great products and fantastic service culture and people.

DeWalt - Big promises turn out to be empty words. Very disappointed – On the 23.12.2019 i purchased 2 TSTAK boxes at Bunnings. The Bunnings employee mentioned that there is currently a promotion and that i would get a free tool bag per redemption from DeWalt. I thought that was a great deal and bought another two TBOX's. after the holiday stress i filled out the redemption forms. That was on the 09.01.2020 if i recall correctly. Definitely within the timeframe of the redemption. Shortly after that i received a confirmation letter confirming it. Part of the confirmation email said " redemption item will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note delivery period may vary as per the stock availability due to high demand." so i thought i would just give them some extra time.

Nothing happened until the start of April so i thought to contact them per email. I wrote to them asking what is going on with my two bags and why they haven't been delivered yet. Until now no response what so ever. This is far from customer service and i will make sure next time to spend my money on a more reliable brand and business partner.
