This company is one of the most misleading businesses. I did purchase two of them for $195 each, and unfortunately, I returned them because I find much lower, not even half the price. It's called OTTAI CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITOR. They refused to refund my money for eight weeks. That's against Australian law. They received the item. The post office has advised me, and for eight weeks, I have not received my money. What I'm assuming to take them to the consumer fair and highlight it with a current affair about misleading, they shouldn't be operating the business in Australia. Every time I ring, some Chinese ladies answer the phone and make it very hard to understand and keep saying eight weeks for a refund. I've never heard that in Australian law. They should take the account and dismiss this company forever from Australia. Thank you.

I have used approx 7 sensors up to date and always had some problems. I have done reports to Dexcom and they sent me number of free sensors. I found not to do correction after first day as suggested, but wait extra day, then reading will get more accurate. It went all good until system start to report low sugar. initially I used Honey but later I did finger sugar test and find huge difference in reading. While testing more sensors, I had one sensor, which done good reading for full life of sensor. I was glad, as I assume it was due to selecting different sensor location. But I was wrong, another sensor worked for some 8 days and then low sugar warning error started and I have to remove sensor. Next sensor just started to count activation delay and 5 minutes later reported sensor failure. Unable to get it running, so wasted sensor. As Dexcom has not supplied me with hand reader, as I asked them as I spent huge money to update my old mobile to be able to use they app. I was unable to test if issues are with mobile app or actual sensor. I am 78 YO retired person with Diabetic 2, using insulin for 10 years plus. it is very important for me to control my sugar as best I can. What I am surprised off, how NDSS can approved this product. Do they do any tests or am I the only one with problems ? Dexcom has stopped replying to my emails and my reports, it maybe due to as they can only replace sensor, nothing else. So what I do ? the other product on market even do not replace faulty sensor ... John, Monbulk

Had 3 sensors fail in a 6 months period and whilst replacements were sent expediently, two of the failures were back to back. Thus, my health was seriously jeopardised. Customer Service on the failures beyond replacements being sent was non-existent, despite numerous attempted contacts with the company. Even calls between the advertised business hours for support was a waste of time. Emails fell on deaf ears.
Don't waste your time and money with Dexcom and look elsewhere for a better product and customer service.
