Avoid this company. I have had to make a complaint to Consumer Affairs about them; and their salesperson JACK. They were contracted by Rinnai to repair a split system (under warranty) and their tradesman subsequently damaged it. constantly told me "we will schedule in the next day" but it never happed. An email chain with my leasing agent also went no where, with Jack giving her the run around. Rinnai have also opened a Case File in relation to this. Please be WARNED; they will not honour in damage their technician cause and just give the run around. I will update with photos of correspondence once Consumer affairs completes their investigation. 2 months to repair damage their technician cause is unacceptable.

We Purchased a Brivis central heating unit from them,they very helpful and gave us a great price would recommend them from my point of view very friendly and knowledgeable and very good to deal with.

Unethical, Unprofessional, Worst customer service experience – Worst experience ever. These guys are not professional at all. control, they just said that you asked not to put a remote. We already had ducted heating installed by the builder. When we tried to turn the heating on it would not work. Their technician combined evaporated cooling and ducted heating under one remote without asking. Because of that the warranty on the heating unit was voided. When we told them that they should not have touched the heating unit, now they need to fix the heating and also need to install a separate remote for the cooling unit as they have charged for the remote and we never told your technician not to put the remote and after making several calls and sending emails, the technician went back to install the remote. Now when time came for complimentary service, been waiting for 6 months and after making endless phone calls, emails Jack kept giving us excuses like “ Technician is not answering my phone. My brother has gone overseas. I don’t have enough people. I will get back to you….which he never did. I was the one who was chasing it up.

He tested our patience to the limit. I just said to him that why couldn’t he give a straight answer. Jack just said, “ You know how bosses are. We will not be able to service the unit.” I told him that why didn’t you speak to your bosses before offering complimentary service. He just started laughing.

Please be careful Jack will make false promises just to get the job but would never fulfil those promises. and poor customer service. It has caused us a lot of inconvenience. I made a mistake by giving business to DGB Refrigeration. I hope no one else has to go through this.

I am planning to take it further as I have enough evidence to back my claim.

Professional – Ammar showed up on committed time. Serviced the heating unit. Also, he cleaned the vents. After completing the job he explained everything. We had a good conversation. Thanks DGB heating and cooling.

Experienced and professional – I have received excellent service from an amazing young man Jawad sent by DGB Refrigeration. He was punctual, very courteous, professional and thorough. He diagnose the problem and explained briefly. After the repair unit was working as good as new. Also he serviced the unit for free. It was a great experience and a pleasure doing business with him.

Quick response – I had a split unit breakdown, some friend suggest me DGB. Called them for emergency breakdown. The tech showed up in half hour and inspected the unit. He told us the unit is low on refrigerant and need regas. After confirmation from me he regas the unit and it is working fine now. On top he cleaned the unit. Thanks DGB.

seamless installation – Jawad quoted very competitive price and came on time did a very neat and clean job ducted refrigerated air conditioning, not only that they Service the other a/c as well. great service from start to finish. I will recommend to my friends and family. cheers
