Diamond Painting Kits

Very misleading and frustrating experience — would not recommend. I placed an order for a custom diamond art kit in a specific size. Within a day or two, I received a shipping notification with tracking, clearly indicating that my order had already been dispatched. Nearly a week later, I was then contacted and told the size I originally ordered “may not be suitable” and that I should upgrade — for an additional $19. This is completely unacceptable. If there was any issue with the size, it should have been raised BEFORE sending a shipping confirmation. Once a customer is told their order has shipped, it is entirely reasonable to believe the order is finalised and on its way — not that they’ll be contacted later and asked for more money. Being told something has shipped when it clearly hasn’t is misleading at best. Their explanation that the shipping notification may have been sent “before confirming details” only makes this worse — it shows a lack of proper process, poor communication, and very questionable business practices. To make matters worse, I haven’t even received the product yet and I’ve already had a terrible experience. At this point, I can only hope the extra payment was worth it. Overall, this has felt disorganised, misleading, and unprofessional. I’ve been left questioning whether the item was ever actually shipped in the first place. If this is how orders are handled before customers even receive their product, I would strongly caution others before purchasing. I will update this review once I actually receive the item — but based on the experience so far, confidence in this company is already very low.
