alarm keeps going off

My outside temperature reading has stopped

Hi Can you please tell me what part of the weather station reads the out side the temperature model XCO348. Kind regards Gary

On the Digitech XC 0366 on the left top of display it is ticking up to 60 and then a another number increments by one. Why is it doing that?

Hi - our weather station XC0348 has just had batteries replaced and now has a flashing Volume symbol with the letters HI AL flashing above the symbol. Any help appreciated. Thanks Dee

Xc0348 solar panel providing limited charge to battery (battery works during the day but runs flat after a few hours into the night). The clear cover has gone slightly opaque from age which I suspect is the case. Anyone got any solutions?

I was setting the time on the monitor & somehow I’ve managed to set an alarm which is going off two or three times a day. It looks like the IN temperature one & although I’ve consulted the Manuel can’t get it to turn off. Thanks

I have a "Digitech "Weather Station Model XC-0348, acquired in 2016. It gave good service until October 2021 when the transmitter batteries needed replacing .I replaced them with the approved rechargeable alkaline batteries and transmission resumed for about two days and stopped. Additional new batteries were installed to no avail. (An LED light should come on for about 4 seconds after inserting batteries Any suggestions?

My XC0348 works perfectly and still connects properly to an old Win10 laptop and an old Win 7 laptop. I have just purchased a new Win 10 laptop and the software always says "USB unconnected". Windows recognises the device, the USB port is working, and the driver it has loaded is identical to my other Win 10 laptop. I have spent hours trying to resolve this. Tried different ports, different cables, etc.

Just bought a new r Wireless Professional Wireless Rain Gauge and it is all set up and working except the rain wont change over with the days. It just keeps adding onto the rainfall first recorded. It was only purchased a month ago. Is there a fix for this. Date, month plus year are all enter correctly and working normally. Thank you
