So I've ordered a fair bit from them, when customs got my order they resent as promised, I noticed all the reviews are years old so I assume they have changed pretty dramatically because I've genuinely had not one issue, they can be slow to respond, but I've always gotten my order and they are well priced compared to what's available in australia
SCAM. Don’t bother – Conflicting information. Poorly run. Says PayPal and other options to pay… you wait 48 hours and they say only bank transfer. Waste of time. Conflicting website. And conflicting automatic email.
Beware – Bought once - waited weeks and after many emails, finally arrived. Bought again - 'payment not found' no response. Company is a scam.Beware.
Legitimate – Have bought from this shop twice now, everything arrives quickly, well packaged and sterile. Quality products! I would buy from them again.
Buyer Beware!!!! – Absolute scam! Claim they are from Australia but obviously it's in UK pounds. Item never arrives. Do not bother honestly. I'm sick of scammers doing this I learnt my lesson though and I'm definitely going to make sure no one else falls trap of this crap.
Customers complaining of never receiving products and not getting refunds – Recently another company that has been operating for the better part of a decade has been getting strange negative reviews that mentioned a staff member that didnt match anyone in that company. Direct Peptides. They sell peptides online and send them to Australia from whatever country they have them made in. Not legal.
It is a very similar name to a very well respected company here in Australia that sell peptides legally and uses Australian compounding pharmacies to make the peptides and send them out ready for use.
The reviews left and other reviews found on sites like Trust Pilot indicate an common issue where they put their order in and never see the products and never get their money back. As we have not purchased with them, we cannot confirm or deny this.
The complaints on Direct Peptides facebook, trust pilot and left on our page all refer to someone called Dean. Again the Australian company people are confusing them with does not employ anyone called Dean.
Please double check who you are reviewing as another companies bad reviews should not be left on a company who follows a legal process and has great customer service.
