I bought MS office in November. The software is fine- no problems with product but I was offered a discount which wasn't given to me. My credit card was billed for the full amount. I've sent a few emails since November- the first one they replied to and said my card would be refunded. That didn't happen and subsequent emails have been ignored by them. Be wary of this con.
Bought MS Office suite 2024. After 3.5 hours on line with them I had it working. Now, two weeks later MS Word and Excel ceased functioning. I am not optimistic about receiving a reply. Last email went unanswered.
Do not buy from these people. There's a reason it's cheap. After a couple of months my licence stopped working. I've since discovered Microsoft often delete dodgy licenses when they come across them. We have had endless emails trying to sort it out. They get you running around in circles believing it's your IT skills or your computer. Then when… Read more
you ask for a refund.... nothing. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam. We are raising a dispute with our bank.
Treat this mob as the UNTOUCHABLES and keep your money – Shonky is an understatement - I ordered and paid $109.00 for Microsoft Office Home and Student and received some other rubbish and asked for a refund. I contacted them and all I received was EXCUSES. Email to info@directsoftwareoutlet.com is bouncing back. All the signs of a scam is now evident. My last contact over 3 weeks ago I was told that the $109.00 would be in my bank account in 3 days. Well i'm still waiting
Trouble Free Purchase – I ordered MS Office 2016 for $75 for online delivery. Within an hour of payment, I received an email offer for an upgrade for Office 2019 which I accepted. I received the email with the key and installed it with no issues, all within about 2 hours of payment. I have no issues with this operation.
I purchased Office 2016 for just $70 – I purchased a new Dell laptop after Christmas and the major retailer quoted purchase of Office 2016 for either $99 for one year usage or $199 for ongoing usage. Not happy with that, I searched the internet and found this Australian Software company where I bought ongoing usage Office 2016 for just $70 on 2 Jan 2019. At the time of purchase online,… Read more
I was offered a special free upgrade to Office 2019 which I accepted happily.
I received the package online within an hour after having paid via Paypal. My computer was up and running only a short time following that and I couldn't be happier with the service and the product. Many thanks...
Crooks running a Shonky Website! Buyer Beware! – I purchased Microsoft Office from here then after upgrading motherboard was told by Microsoft I was given an MSDN license not for resale and they did not honour it...they are shonky and gave me an invalid product key and I was repeatedly ignored and blocked by the chat operator.
