They lie about their ability to get unlock codes for your phone!!! Don't trust Direct Unlock. Then they b use n AI service for the chats that don't answer any questions, they just create more questions to your requests. This is designed to frustrate you and hide their extra fees for service.
Follow-up · Still bad information from them. Nothing to show for the lost money and time. I have a Galaxy 35, they are trying to give me unlock USB hubs for a Galaxy J. A model that is 3 years older and a different platform. Total maroons! (Bugs Bunny punt there) DON'T USE DIRECT UNLOCKS , THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
