Very bad service. Sent an email to enquiry about price match Didn’t reply. Called twice and 2 people told me the email will be processed but it’s been 7days haven’t received any email. If can not do price match , just tell the customer , so the customer can go and buy from other stores. Wasting time dealing with discount lighting and fan.

Outstanding customer service – I bought external lights some years ago online from DL. After one got damaged I wanted to replace it but no longer had the make or serial number - a pretty hard ask! I got lots of help from DL. I highly recommend this company, not only for its extraordinary range of lighting, but also their professionalism and customer service.

The only lighting you need to use – Fantastic, quick and honest service. We bought a pair of bedside lamps that had differences when unpacked (old and new stock) . Very happy with Service – I recently ordered some Coachlights through Discount Lighting. Unfortunately the colour turned out to be a bit different to other fitments we had already. On asking to return lights I was contacted by Chris who went the extra mile to assist me and send a refund. prices are highly competitive, and while I would love it if they had better freight arrangements (they're more expensive than elsewhere) this is somewhat understandable given the nature of the gear they're selling. Highly recommended. I've already made several purchases from them.

Sent box soiled - broken product – Bought a LED light fitting from them. The package that arrived has obvious signs that the box was opened and then tapped back together. Worse, the light inside was actually broken. One (of the your) stems that connects to an LED bulb has actually snapped off. Tried contacting them over email, no response. I have now resorted to just basically super gluing the thing back on. I would stay away from this shop if I were you.

Good Place to shop – A great range of products. I purchased a number of light fittings from Discount Lighting and I thought the price was pretty good and it was the only place I could get the particular fittings I was after
