DogsQLD registered a crossbred dog and did nothing about it – As a registered breeder with DogsQLD, and having been associated with them for over 35 years, I believed that buying an ANKC registered dog would provide some protection. Nothing could be further from the truth. I organised to buy an ANKC registered Dobermann from Noahbella Dobermanns, a DogsNSW registered breeder. As a responsible breeder once I received the pup; I organised to have an approved independent collector obtain DNA samples for both Health and Purity DNA tests.

On receiving the DNA results I was surprised to learn that this ANKC registered Dobermann was actually crossbred and the DNA results also mentioned Health concerns with regard to vWD and DCM2. When I contacted the DogsNSW breeder I was told to go jump.

So I contacted DogsQLD, DogsNSW and the ANKC (Dogs Australia) and informed them that I had just bought an ANKC Registered Dobermann that was 12.5% Rottweiler, which could mean that one of its parents was 25% Rottweiler. What did they do about this fraudulent DogsNSW breeder, nothing at all. So as a reputable breeder I desexed the pup and truthfully and accurately advertised the pup for sale, stating that it was an ANKC registered Dobermann on DogsQLD mains register.

I posted on my website that "I have raised this issue with the ANKC, DogsQLD and DogsNSW and from their lack of response I can only assume that they find it acceptable, that Noahbella Dobermann sells Cross Bred Dobermanns." I would like to apologise for that statement, I should not have stated "I can only assume that they find it acceptable, that Noahbella Dobermann sells Cross Bred Dobermanns" I would like to clarify and say, that DogsQLD, DogsNSW and the ANKC find it acceptable that Noahbella Dobermanns sells crossbred Dobermanns, as they have done absolutely nothing about it.

To make matters worse, DogsQLD suspended me under their ridiculous Social Media Policies for stating the truth, all the correspondence will be listed on my website so people can see how incompetent DogsQLD is. Their ridiculous Kangaroo Court and Appeals system suspended me the victim of fraud for merely stating the facts whilst the DogsNSW breeder that sold me a crossbred dog walked away. As such after my suspension ended, I resigned my membership as I have no intention of being associated with a corrupt organisation that fails to protect the public as it is supposed to do.

So as I have repeatedly asked, why does DogsQLD, DogsNSW and the ANKC accept crossbred dogs. If you have bought a Dog from this breeder and its lines, I suggest organise to have your dog DNA tested, as it maybe that you also have been defrauded as I have been.
