Excellent Customer Service – I had a problem with a product, so sent an e-m to USA which was the only address I had, to ask what i should do as I had purchased it on line in Australia. Within 48 hours I had a reply from the local distributor. I liked the reply which offered a replacment, but what really impressed me was the speed of it all. Very fast in replying, my e-m went from Qld to USA then back to Qld distributor, then on to me.
