D'Orsogna Polish Sausage 375g

Good bye delicious sausages... I bought the D'Orsogna Polish sausages for years to accompany my sauerkraut meals. Just easily removed the plastic wrap, steamed it with the potatoes so making a lovely quick meal when added to the sauerkraut. But it is easy no more and possibly edible no more. They now come covered in a very thin plastic which is next to impossible to remove. I had to cut it out and even tried the potato pealer with little success. I thought it was perhaps an isolated case and tried an other one with same result. So I guess it is time to look for something else. What a pity...
