Upon asking for clearer images of what the boxes are supposed to visually look like, I received photos of boxes that did not have the brand names on them, it appears the Femvy items provided from Dr Pen Aus are not authentic as the photo of the box had no branding? Purchaser proceed with caution. No assistance was provided to follow up on missing items and when I provided a review for the Peechaboo led mask, I was told my feedback would be passed on, no offer of any assistance to help me work out why the mask is leaving indents on my face. Do not order from Dr Pen, poor customer service.

When I contacted customer service, they said “we didn’t say it was Dr Pen,” but they also didn’t say it wasn’t. When customers shop on a Dr Pen site, it’s reasonable to assume the products shown are from the Dr Pen brand unless clearly labelled otherwise. Leaving the brand blank is misleading and confusing.

For anyone considering this product: Be aware that this is NOT made by Dr Pen. The brand is not stated on the website.

the rep was inconsistent and confusing, and following the company’s own treatment guidance led to a negative outcome for me. When I reached out, they took no real ownership or accountability for the quality or performance of their product.

The goggles included were cheap and poor quality, which just added to the frustration. Overall, the product feels low-grade and the support doesn’t match the promises they make. I’d strongly suggest avoiding their LED or treatment products — it’s not worth the money or the hassle.

This is based on service alone. The products are good - however ever single time I order I have to chase and chase via email to find out where my order is and each time I have to delay services to my clients as shipping takes forever.
