[Name Removed] from Dropz reached out on 18/11/24 to advise that I had selected the incorrect courier/parcel size and needed to pay extra $33.46. I had no problem with this (not sure why their website is set up to allow this to occur). This was paid the same day.

I followed up by email on 21/11/24 to enquire if they had received the payment (so it could be shipped) and if they could provide a tracking number.

[Name Removed] replied the same day with the tracking number and advising it was booked on the 20/11 for pick up on the 21/11. When I saw the tracking "estimated delivery window" of 27/11/24 to 02/12/24, I didn't have any concerns. I was, after all, Melbourne based, and only 1.5 hours from their location.

I reached out to [Name Removed] on Tuesday 28/11 by phone and email, expressing my concerns regarding delivery. No reply.

On 29/11, I tried calling [Name Removed] again - no answer. I sent a text as well, expressing my concerns and was completed IGNORED! Absolutely infuriating. They could have helped me by reprinting the banner and allowing me to collect it from their business.

In desperation (and 6 business days later from collection), I contacted Sendle on Friday 29/11, for an update on my item (note: this is from one side of Melbourne to the other - just 1.5 hrs apart) however was told they are unable to provide tracking once it had been handed to a '3rd party local driver' and was told they cannot do anything until the "estimated delivery timeframe" had passed being 2nd December.

It was very obvious at this point I was not getting my banner in time for my work Christmas Party so had to resort to Plan B with an alternative set-up.

No surprise, the item did not appear on Monday 02/12/24, the last day of their estimated delivery window. I contacted Sendle again where they apologised for the delay, blaming an influx of Christmas deliveries.

On 03/12/24, I marked the item as not received. Sendle's investigation can take up to 7 business days to resolve. I actually don't expect to receive the item and don't want it now because it's useless to me now.

Having reviewed their website and Facebook page more thoroughly, they are very insistent on not being held responsible for delivery of their orders. Who does that? Who also completely ghosts their customers when things go pear-shaped?!!

I have contacted my bank and disputed the charges. Save yourself the unnecessary headache and check Product Review for reviews!
