D shop went above and beyond for me Our rug was delivered in a timely manner but had a stain and customer service staff were excellant. Correct size but very thin – Rug is big and the size is bang on. The colour was also correct. Problem ist the rug is very thin and lacks any depth or comfort. Its not suitable for hard floors. Show details

Dangerous on floor and nothing like pic or desc – Advertised as a carpet mat, very slippery and dangerous to use on a floor. Came folded not rolled, so out of shape with upturned edges. DShop did not want to help in any way. Paypal claim with proof with photos found in my favour after I sent the defective item back. Still out of pocket for return post, but at least have a refund for the item, which was more suited to wrap around throw not for the floor.
