Dunlop Aerogel 130

Strings broke after 20 minutes customer service was worse – I bought this after my Dunlop 135 Rapid broke. I had enjoyed that and would have been happy with another one but Rebel Sports didn't stock them anymore. I bought the racquet on Sunday, played with it on Tuesday and after 20 minutes the strings broke. Overall, I wasn't really enjoying the feel of the racquet compared with the old one as it seemed heavier in the head although claiming to have a lighter frame and the same extra light head balance.

I took the racquet back to Rebel sports on the Thursday only to be told that the strings weren't covered by warranty and it would have to be returned for assessment - excuse me!!! After being referred to a couple of managers and informing them that not receiving a refund was not an option, they did refund me.

Will I buy another Dunlop racquet? Maybe. Will I ever buy a racquet from Rebel Sports? No way. Nothing Strings lasted 20 minutes, felt heavier than claimed, poor customer service experience
