VerifiedMPNs: 386738-01 and 969559-01I have just received my replacement stand and the top attachment under the dryer still repels the attachment. Holds the diffuser fine but nothing else. So annoying.

Purchased supersonic stand las month and have same issue with top attachment, Dyson have now replaced it twice and both replacements with the same fault, really?? Could nobody have checked replacements before they were sent as this not a new problem. So phoned 2 days ago and call taker or her supervisor was going to either call me back yesterday, did not happen, very annoying Dyson. Just undone all the previous really good experiences with Dyson

Just took the 4th replacement to Dyson service centre Melbourne and it was found that my supersonic attachments were the problem both clicked into the lower holder but not the top one. Dyson very kindly replaced one of the attachments so I could use the stand, also are going to refund purchase price once previous 2 stands are returned, just reconfirmed their superior customer care. Thanks Dyson
I’m now on my 2nd stand with exactly the same problem. Very annoying.
Recently purchased a hairdryer stand (took delivery yesterday). Hairdryer and lower attachment hold very well. However the attachment does not adhere under the hairdryer. Please advise.

I have exactly the same problem. Stand has been replaced and still does the exact same thing with the top attachment under the dryer.
There was nothing wrong with my stand or replacement stand. The problem were the attachments. Somehow they had lost their magnetic properties. Dyson replace them. All ok now.
