excellent client service – lost one hearing aid and no fuss offered to replace it until I found it again. Hrearing Australia offers a dreat service to their clients even us older oner and sercice is a rare commodity these days.

Help in an emergency – Had to upgrade hearing aides and did no have the necessary money. The hearing company offered open pay as a way to pay them off. I was grateful for this

Changed my life – Eleven years ago I stumbled across Ear & Hearing. From walking in the door I was treated with respect, seen without an appointment and helped immediately. My initial audiology test was free (courtesy of Medicare), follow up appointments no charge as I got hearing aids, and no “extras” paid for. The Audiologist was gentle, kind, thorough and genuine. Every step was explained and no pressure brought to bear to buy aids.

Since my initial purchase I have returned numerous times to get something either explained or “tweaked” and every time patience was shown. I have bought two further pairs, accessories (television and phone adapters) and have been given “over and above” service.

Due to their help I went from a social hermit to a person who is enjoying life again and able to join in.
