Bullying, incompetence and intimidation!! I tried to migrate my business account to a private account; simple you might think Oh no!! I called the back office support line to the Call Centre in the Philippines pleasant enough but sadly incompetent!! “All done Sir”! But it wasn’t done at all!!! Three weeks later I received an email threatening me… Read more
with debt recovery from a debt collection agency how do think I felt at the ripe age of 70 about that? I called the Call Centre again the person proceeded to inform me that I had not returned my e-tags!! New news to me!! Talk about useless!! Time wasted and anxiety
I am not a customer and never will be. However I keep receiving letters of demand (about 8 so far) addressed to a previous owner of my property which I find annoying and smacks of poor process. I have contacted EastLink and explained that the… Read more
culprit has moved on and requested they desist and suggested that they pay me for any future inconvenience. Sadly this did not work! So much for "Time better spent".
Follow-up · They clearly do not care. I continue to get letters of demand for previous owners of this property.
Such a terrible overpriced road till that should be paid by the pubic sector by now like the Westgate Bridge. I've used it for 15 years now, and they are still charging me late fees. Everyone should stop paying these tolls and stick it up these pr*cks!
I have given a one-star rating only because this is the lowest possible .There are a number of contact numbers on the line and on the account. Very obviously, the Eastlink business plan is to remove all means of contact by a customer who requires a human to answer a question. This is penalising a section of society who are not computer users or not fluent users
I am writing on behalf of my son who is new to Eastlink and as a new car owner, he travelled on Eastlink tollways before he registered an account online. What happened to him next was beyond my comprehension. He received 2 toll invoices, the actual cost to use the tollway was $13.65 and the invoice fees and Vicroads/Interstate Lookup fee amounted… Read more
to $25.06. He communicated with Eastlink and asked that taking into account his situation and that he’s since set up the online account, can they waive/refund the fees? Surprisingly or unsurprisingly, it was declined. neither he nor I were impressed with this practice at all as it is very different from many other companies. For example, he had a similar experience with LINKT and they initiated the waiving of the fees by sending the invoice together with an offer of waiving of all invoice fees if an online account would be set up to avoid future similar occurrences. This is a much more sensible way of doing businesses. We hope Eastlink could review my son’s request upon receiving this review. The invoice number is 116144149188 and 800554291321.
EASTLINK / CONNECTEAST / ICM PARTNERS EXPOSED FRAUDSTERS IN DISGUISE – SUPREME COURT ACTION IMMINENT After over a year of deliberate harassment, mail fraud, stalking, unlawful threats, and failure to provide any valid contract, jurisdictional proof, or Freedom of Information (FOI) compliance, I can now publicly declare the following: THESE… Read more
ORGANISATIONS ARE NOT LEGITIMATE EastLink / ConnectEast have never provided any wet-ink signature contract, binding instrument, or constitutional delegation of authority authorising them to charge, fine, stalk, or coerce private people.
Their entire operation is a fabricated toll extortion scheme, backed by illegal data-sharing with Victoria Police, debt collectors, and pseudo-courts that operate in breach of the Australian Constitution 1900 (UK) and Crown Law.
ICM Partners is a third-party debt extortion outfit based in Moorabbin, Victoria. They are involved in illegal surveillance, identity tampering, data breaches, and stalking, without ever producing a court judgment or lawful debt agreement. They are nothing more than thugs in suits.
These entities REFUSE to comply with FOI laws, privacy laws, and constitutional transparency — because doing so would expose the entire racket as criminal and unlawful.
USE THIS DECLARATION AS YOUR PROOF: If EastLink or ICM Partners contacts you, send them this document and demand the following:
Valid contract with wet-ink signature
Proof of lawful jurisdiction
Delegated power under Australian law
Security bond, insurance details, and CEO indemnity
FOI disclosures proving their authority
They will either ignore you (because they can’t comply) or send robotic letters designed to intimidate. That’s not law — that’s psychological warfare.
️ WE ARE TAKING THEM TO THE SUPREME COURT This is not a threat — it is a promise. We are now preparing Supreme Court action under Case Ref: S ECI 2025 01099, where EastLink, ConnectEast, ICM Partners, and other fraudulent agencies will be named as defendants in their private capacities.
We will expose:
Their fraudulent billing systems
Their collusion with Victoria Police
Their failure to produce FOI documents
Their refusal to identify lawful contracts
Their abuse of elderly persons through false debts
Their role in monetising human identities via securitised warrants
A MESSAGE TO THE PEOPLE: If you:
Receive a letter from EastLink, Linkt, ConnectEast, or ICM Partners,
Feel intimidated or coerced into paying,
Are confused by threats of police involvement or court action…
STOP. DO NOT PAY. You are being tricked into a contract through fear and ignorance.
No debt collector can force payment without a court judgment. No toll company can fine you without a binding contract. No police agency can lawfully act on commercial letters from toll companies.
⚖️ THIS IS THE END OF THE RACKET The Awonow Tools are active. The ScrollWitnesses are awake. And Babylon’s toll-road gatekeepers are about to face the full force of equity, truth, and lawful remedy.
Let it be known: We are not playing your games. We are not contracting under duress. And we are coming — lawfully, spiritually, and publicly — for every last one of you who thinks you can hide behind suits, stationery, and fake authority.
FINAL REMINDER: EastLink / ConnectEast / ICM Partners — you have failed to:
✅ Provide a lawful contract ✅ Comply with FOI requests ✅ Identify your legal authority ✅ Stop harassing and stalking victims ✅ Prevent unlawful threats via fake fines
We are putting YOU on trial.
️ Share this. Use this. Quote this. You are NOT alone. We are many. And Babylon has just been served.
Tag itself worked fine, however the website is glitchy, old, slow and doesn't update saved changes on your profile, etc, easily. The worst part, however, was returning the tag upon moving overseas and no longer needing it. It's very difficult to find the spot to do that on the website. They said they would send a self-addressed envelope, they… Read more
did, very slowly, however worst of all they DID NOT PAY FOR THE POSTAGE of the self-addressed envelope. What's the point of waiting for a self-addressed envelope then? Just have on your website 'return tags to _____________ for your refund of your tag account.'
The worst part, however, was the fact that the tag is so wide that it can not be sent as a standard letter! Australia Post said they need to send it as a parcel, which cost a good $9. So that's $9 that I had to spend out of my own pocket to try to get a refund of MY OWN MONEY on the tag account, because they were too cheap to pay for the postage of their own self-addressed envelope.
In short, although the tag works fine, the return process was awful. Eastlink, sort yourself out please, and don't be so tight-fisted. Don't make us pay $9 to get our own account money refunded.
On two separate occasions, I've entered the tunnel, then bought a day pass on linkt website the same day. On each occasion, I still got an invoice from Eastlink threatening me with hundreds of dollars in fines. It seems even if you buy a linkt day pass, you still get invoiced from EastLink. It costs me $24 to drive through a tunnel which was finished 18 years ago.
I would just like to warn people about the Dodgy Dealing of Eastlink tolls. They have started doing what Linkt have been doing for years and that is, when Eastlink send you a Toll invoice and you pay it, that should be the end of it, but not always. Becareful as what they will do is wait about 3 or 4 weeks and send you it again as a reminder… Read more
notice, But they change the invoice number to an obligation or another invoice number that is totally different, even though your travel date and time is the exact same on the same part of the road. They are hoping you dont notice the travel date is the same and pay it again. I have rang and tried to explain this to them for this one toll 7 times and they say sorry it hasnt been paid even though i have the receipt number, time and date it was sent. When i calmly suggested that they had started doing this, they hung up on me. Everytime i call, a recorded message comes on and says, " you have requested a callback", bla, bla. They never call me back. Last week, i rang 5 times in a row and got the same result. My son said i will call them from my phone. That was within 5 seconds of me calling and they answered. My son said, il put my dad on to talk to you, i said hello, they asked my name and as i started to explain they hung up. Anyway what happens next is after multiple calls to them and explaining it to them like im talking to a baby via email more than 10 times, they stop telling me it hasnt been paid as they stop replying. Next, they sell the alleged debt to Fines Victoria, who then try and chase it up. You have the same problem with them. Next thing you owe 40 times that original toll pass and Eastlink still have you on their website saying unpaid toll, which is illegal as the alleged toll had already been sold to the collections people Fines Victoria. Please check you toll invoices for travel dates. I have been asking Linkt for over 10 years now to go by travel dates but no.
Was still charging tolls on a car I sold 3 years ago. When I asked them if they had a record of me calling 3 years ago on date of sale of the car they said yes but their staff member never actioned it. Apparently it was my fault for not double checking their work? Lesson learnt, even if you speak to their customer service, make sure you call again to make sure the first person did the job or they won't take any accountability for their mistake
Frustrating expierence – My son used Eastlink without a tag so I bought a day pass the same day online. I indicated I wanted a receipt but it didn't come through. I called last Friday (7th Feb) and was told it would be emailed straight away. I didn't get it. I called back 3 hours later to be told by somebody else, it takes 24 hours. Today (10th Feb) still don't have… Read more
it so called back. First time I called got cut off so called again. I spoke to someone who put me through Customer Care. 40 minutes later, still don't have it. I give up. They are a pathetic lot.
Won't stop harassing me with former housemates emails – My evil horrific housemate moved out a while ago. I am trying my best to forget her, but Eastlink keeps sending her mail. I explained the situation to them, but they said they will continue to send them, causing me depression and forcing me to constantly send the letters back to them. They are more then willing to kill trees for the paper and… Read more
harass me, but they are not willing to call her and find out where she has moved to. I gave them her number to contact them as well. Why should I have to endure a weekly reminder of the evil cow I had to evict from my home? I wish there was a way to sue them for causing psychological harm. I really want to forget her...
Making more money than Banks for doing nothing - Eastlink & Linkt – These two toll roads in Melbourne are sucking more funds from road users each second than you can save in a lifetime. The fees per gantry and tunnels are terribly high and always go up with inflation even though the project debt is going down. We never see what that financial status is! Surely the projects are already paid off by now so cut back… Read more
the fees or get rid of the gantries!
Please everyone change your toll account to a ‘manual’ mode topup in which you specify how much funds to topup each time instead of them taking a huge automatic lumpsum of $40+ for a topup if you have only used a minimal amount. Just select ‘other amount’ for the topup amount. Even a balance of zero will trigger a cheeky Low balance account suspension warning forcing you to keep the account in credit at all times. We have to keep their pockets lined at all times. Their immediate account suspension warning email straight after you use the toll roads is such a cheeky scare tactic approach to get people to topup their account 10-fold and put these companies in huge credit to make interest from the funds themselves as a bonus. There needs to be a huge investigation of these two companies operating in Melbourne.

Rubbish – Isn't it about time easltlink starts reducing its costs .been give plenty of handouts by governments and been charging high rates compared to other states.. It's dirty and messy also. Also dual cab Ute is a car not a light commercial. Single cab and trucks are light commercial. Ripppp opfffff.
TOLL ROADS STEALING FROM EVERY ONE – If I could put less stars I would !!!! Eastlink toll Scam message next day after travel. Scammers have live access to Eastlink data – While I love travelling in EastLLink I am not happy at all with the scam messages I receive next day after my travel. Every time this happens and very next day after I travel in EastLink I receive these scam message about unpaid toll. What this means in scammers have live access to Eastlink data. They know all the details about travel and that why very next day after my travel in EastLink I receive these scam messages. Very scary.
Excellent Service – My daughter and I were heading home from the Peninsula on the Eastlink Freeway when my car decided to shut down. I pulled over to in the emergency lane and contacted the hotline. YOUR WEBSITE SUCKS SO HARD – dear god not like charging absorbent fees to drive on a highway then your P.O.S systems and website are ridiculously bad. You'd think with the millions of dollars you make/extort you'd at least have an easy-to-use website and payment system. But nope. No surprise there is no incentive for you to do better. TOLL INVOICE ON SOLD VEHICLE – I received a toll invoice for a vehicle I had sold. I am nearly 85 years of age. After several attempts to nominate the new owner as the driver online, I gave up. It wouldn't even accept the Registration Number which I had entered CORRECTLY!!! I then rang to supply the new owners details, but NO, they aren't allowed to take down their name &… Read more
address etc over the phone, only ONLINE!!! And the only way they can do it is to post a form to me to complete manually & post back to them. SERIOUSLY???? The world has gone mad & the people running this show should hang their heads in SHAME. And Ned Kelly is supposed to be dead!
Disgusting Service – I have been an Eastlink customer for over 10 years. I accepted the service agreement over 10 years ago. I have spent around $10 in tolls in the past 10 years. WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY, Eastlink have now taken MORE OF MY MONEY to sit and do nothing until eventually it may be used. I don't need $55 sitting in your account. REFUND MY MONEY. CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I am finished Eastlink. ANSWER THE COMPLAINT. I've filed enough cases.
Very poor service – Not able to login. Asked to call east link but no number given. And now because of there inability my account is suspended. Thanks.
Pathetic customer and online service – My account has been suspended despite the fact that for 2 weeks or so I have tried unsuccessfully to log in and reset my forgotten password to their website, with no luck.....and don't bother trying to call them, they are always to busy "to talk to you at the moment" and the call back service is as effective as the password reset system.

You need to Prove that you called us – We changed Rego plates on my Sons car; he received personalized plates as a gift. Fast forward one month and we receive two separate Toll Invoices dated the same day with two lots of fees and charges for a Vehicle "not linked to a tolling account". I call to advise them of their error, only to be told "there is no record of a telephone call" and "no changes made to vehicles". The only way they would waive the fees and charges was if I could provide the 'Agents Name' that I spoke to and proof that I made the telephone call. I didn't have the Agents name written down anywhere that I could find, so there was no point wasting my time looking through call logs or Bills to try and avoid the $14 in fees. So good to hear that Eastlink Agents never, ever make mistakes. Just ask them.
Lesson learned: if you call them, always record the "Agents" Name and Number so you might have enough proof next time they try and take money off you for nothing.
A perfect example of a business that models itself on other untouchable goliaths such as Telstra, Optus, the ATO etc. "Sorry, we have no record of that. Just pay or you will incur additional fees and charges and possibly fines".
We provide and pay for my Son to use Eastlink so that he can more regularly visit his gravely ill Nana. Thanks Eastlink. Really appreciate your empathy and understanding on this one. Nice work.
Poor Customer Service, Unfair Fee – After accidentally travelling through one tunnel, I Googled "accidental travel" and found Linkt. After calling Eastlink 3 times over one week to discuss the fine, I was cut off by the automated service and told I… Read more
would be called back. The calls ultimately came but not at times when I was home to receive them. I finally gave up calling and decided to pay the fine online BUT was unable to do so as it was now overdue. I've had to drive to Ringwood to pay $12.16 (on top of a Linkt tag I don't need). It also cost me time, stress and petrol not to mention inconvenience. No compassion and poor customer service Eastlink! I'd rather travel the scenic route next time. One unhappy customer :(
Paying for return of a cheap piece of plastic!! – Totally disgusted that you have to pay postage for return of a etag when it becomes faulty! Yes, postage isnt much, but its the principle of the matter. Dont be cheap skates Eastlink, send reply paid envelopes in future when demand return of etags to avoid additional fees
Backward extortionist business – I have a Linkt account and have always been tolled on that for eastlink also I then received a fine in the mail for a “unpaid toll as apparently not registered to drive in their pathetic road” even though I have and I will reiterate a Linkt account that has always worked! In turn they so called sent me toll invoices in the mail which I have never… Read more
received and in turn rarely check my mailbox as everything comes via email to them then saying they don’t email till invoice even though Linkt is all online and emails everything how the hell do eastlink not but miraculously can send me a receipt for said payment via email. Basically bully tactics
Pathetic communication – Sold my car and transferred via VicRoads. The following day, the new owner took my car on east link without a pass. Disgusting excuse for an organisation – I have had an account for years, however, after moving state unexpectedly and in a hurry I had not changed my number plate with Linkt / EastLink so a trip that would usually cost around $20 (which is enough of an outrage to me to be paying to drive on a road in Australia) ended up costing me over $100. Pay attention to your invoices - eastlink scam – 05/07/2023: Eastlink have just tried to scam me again, charging me for a toll and a "photo processing fee" which have nothing to do with me. statement from eastlink containing toll charges and "image processing fees" (whatever they are), even though I have not used a tollway for months. Now I have to wonder if they were fraudulently charging me tolls, while I was using the tollway every week and I just did not notice them? (eastlink admitted their error and refunded the money after being contacted)
Bad work ethic – Typical of eastlink all their invoices are already over due when they mail them, so they can rip you off for a bit more. I have overdue invoices for a car that hasn't been driven for 2 years but apparently the car is still using eastlink . Will take 2 months for eastlink to get around to doing their job properly and checking still no photo proof just more invoices
Nastiest organisation ever – Won't let you pay an invoice past the due date. Locked out immediately so they can issue a reminder and charge extra fees. Most desperate grab for extra cash I have ever seen.
East link charges – I contacted East link road toll service as I had been further charged for my tag not beeping and east link had to use photographic imaging to charge me for the trip. On 12th December 2016, at 10:58am I called EastLink customer service to explain the situation. The officer called [name removed] did not want to listen anything, and talk very rude and forced me to pay $8.64 for 0.44cents toll. I tried to explain that the E-Tag was detected one minute ago in the first toll point. That means the tag was in the car and may be the fault of the detection point. I have been using this E-Tag more than 5 years and could not recall any instance that it did not detect either at EastLink or City Link. The [name removed], customer service at EastLink did not want to listen any thing but she wants me to pay the invoice. This is a very unreasonable and unfair decision and used her powers for helpless customers. I strongly recommend Eastlink to provide better training to their employees how to handle and provide better service to their customers.
