Easy Airport Parking

I have been booking my car with Easy Aiport Parking for approx 4years. Staff are lovely. No issues what so ever. Timing for drop off and pick up has never been a problem. My car is either in the covered area or close by the office (if I can't get undercover parking) I recommend this business to colleagues and would to anyone else.

Easy airport parking advertised a special, 4 nights undercover for $68. I washed my car before dropping it off. I returned one day early and picked up my car which was parked, outside, hemmed in by other cars, covered in dust and obviously had been rained on. Upon enquiry, they admitted that it had been left outside. Waste of money and waste of $21 car wash

We had our car parked there in May 2025 for more than 2 weeks, when we collected our car, we noticed right away some damages in the back. We brought that up with a staff on duty right away. Were told to email back in with photos for investigation. First email they said they didn't receive it after a week so I rang up and was asked to email again.… Read more

After more than a week later they emailed back stating no evidence was found. We beleive they are negligent and dishonest. The investigation process is just a game to get away from its liability.

need it, it's very close to the airport and freeway and when you arrive back at "Easy", your car is parked at the entrance, ready to load your baggage and depart for home. Their rates are competitive and you get a discount if you are an RACV member. Justin made light work of loading and unloading our luggage and was a really friendly, alert and competent driver, even though it was midnight when he picked us up. We only had to wait a few minutes from when we called to be collected from the airport. We highly recommend "Easy" to anyone who requires quality service at a competitive price. my pick-up from interstate, I discovered there has been a crack on the window screen and lodged a complain (New Year's present). Due to holiday season, the management team was away for few days but I was promised someone from head office will contact me after their return.

The Manager, Mark drove the investigation and resolution process. Most importantly, he has been very objective in his assessment and dealing with me. Although the premise's CCTV was not conclusive to identify the root cause of the crack, Mark and the boss of the company took ownership and responsibility of the damage and its replacement. They dealt with it very professionally and efficiently. Given their sense of ownership and professionalism, I also tried my very best to look for a optimum win-win situation to reduce their damages.

Easy Parking may not be the cheapest or most luxurious offsite airport parking in Melbourne. However, I've tested true character, professionalism and integrity when things don't go to plan; this is something money cannot buy. I will have no second thought to recommend and use them in future.

Well done to a Company of integrity!

Effortlessness, Great Staff Great Quality Service! – Effortless and convenient location and online booking system even upto the 11th hour. Poor customer service – My car was damaged whilst in their care. They had no procedure for handling the incident, requiring me to send photos to their "info" email address after the event. They delay responding and have no procedure or contact details for handling complaints. The business is managed very unprofessionally and their customer service is appalling.

Overcharged because of flight delay and getting to car later than specified exit – Booked online and was quoted a fair price for almost 11-12 days parking . However was extremely disappointed that after our flight was delayed by an hour from Brisbane and consequently exiting an hour after the nominated exit time by nearly $40 which appears to be about a whole day parking fee charge!!!! They don't value your patronage or your car - their reassurance in company statement 'Safer' not true – Our car was moved from where we left it and was provided back to us damaged with dents and scrapes. We were told to email to management when we showed them on pick up, which I did on way home. No contact or response. Chased multiple times and finally received an email advising manager had been away. No more contact despite chasing again now having to resolve via VCAT. Would not park with them ever again.

Be aware 12.30 am closure – Booked parking well ahead of time for a 12 midnight pick up. Was not warned of the 12.30 am closing until I parked the car. Too late to change. Staff said to phone and tell them of delays and when flight arrived and they would be there till about 1 am. Flight was delayed by one hour so called and was told by sms we would have to take a taxi to the parking and key would be left in a locked box. Not a good experience. Taxi driver was not pleased!
