Disappointing inferior product – I bought an anti theft cross body bag and used it recently for the first time on an overseas trip. don’t appear to be the Aussie company they make out they are as the bag came from some unknown company in China. Poor form Easy Aussie.
Bags did eventually arrive – Ordered 2 of the cross body bags over 2 weeks ago. Absolutely no response from repeated emails requesting shipping status. Update - bags did eventually arrive in good order and I am happy with the quality. It also came with an apology for the lack of communication.
Haven't received – I ordered from this sight weeks ago and have not received my bag. I've now emailed 4 times with no response. I would not recommend buying from this company.
Highly recommend – Purchased cross body bag - it is brilliant. Fantastic for travel, comfortable and feels safe carrying valuables on your front. Love it. Stylish as well. Great service from the supplier. Highly recommend Easy Aussie.
Very poor quality – Very poor quality. I ordered 2 bags and only received one. Sent them an email days ago no response. Do not buy from this website.
BAD QUALITY TRAVEL BAG, POOR QUALITY MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION, LONG DELIVERY DELAY – Well over stated despatch time and therefore delivery time - inaccurate replies to repeated requests for information. Appalling quality - don't waste your money

Beware of Easy Aussie site – Easy Aussie is a Safety and Travel Goods site available in Australia. The ‘reviews’ of their service and products are not independent. I noticed that 1 and 2 star reviews had been removed, including my own. This left only those that are 4 and 5 star. Now I am sceptical about how genuine these are. days until my order moved from ‘received’ to ‘shipped’. A third party app is required to track shipping. My Order has not arrived yet. Hopefully the product will be of advertised quality. Removal of genuine purchaser reviews is very concerning and does not fall within their values of ‘honesty’ and ‘trust’. Communication via email, since advertised phone is not within Australia and was outside their 48 hours advertised window.
