Worst part was having my removalists deliver all my furniture the next morning and as such I was awake until 2am doing the carpet cleaning myself after hiring a cleaning machine from Coles. I did the best I could in a short time. Some cleaners arrived the next day at 3pm and did a terrible job but they couldn't get to everything because all my furniture was now in the property. Due to the service of this company I cancelled my second booking for my other property and was told I would be charged a $250 cancellation fee because the booking was within 7 days. The booking was in fact 14 days away and to this day I have no received any further correspondence from them. No phone number. I have submitted an application with the Department of Fair Trading and I encourage you to all do the same. I want at least $350 of my money back which still means I've paid $250 for a rubbish job at my new place but I'll try.

Terrible – I was fortunate that they did actually arrive and do a good job on the things they did do, however they left a lot undone and never contacted me at all to discuss. No reply to my emails advising the job was incomplete and the real estate had to get their cleaner in to do it which cost another $200.

Massive Scam – I wish I had seen this forum before losing hundreds of dollars to these crooks. I, like everyone else, booked an exit clean and they gave me the same excuse as it seems everyone else received - the cleaners had called in sick! I have lodged a case with consumer affairs, I would encourage everyone else to do the same - the more people on the bandwagon, the more chance we have of getting our money back!

completed. It most certainly was not. No carpet cleaners and no pest control ever showed up and I had to engage another company to get the bond clean completed. I will definitely be taking this to consumer affairs and I also urge anyone else stung by this company to go to them as well. NT Consumer Affairs has a media release warning people about the company which trades as The Trustee for Easy Cleaning Services.

Don't use "Easy Cleaning Services" - they don't deliver what is promised – I used this company last week for my bond clean as I was short on time and just needed to get the job done. The cleaners they sent out didn't get marks off, so they used the paint left at the house for touch-ups (not mixed) and put straight on the walls - different colour so stands out terribly. Left cleaner marks on cupboards, hard floors, showers not cleaned properly, complete shoddy job done. They ask for direct deposit up front. Invoice looks professional enough, but there is not one contact phone number to be seen anywhere.

BE CAREFUL when looking for a bond cleaning service that asks you to pay up front - DON'T DO IT..

Don't use this company. They won't provide the service you pay for – I used this company for my bond & carpet clean. The carpets were not cleaned and the bond clean did not pass inspection. Do not pay this company by direct bank transfer. You will not get a refund. work). They do not pay their cleaners. I have been advised that they put ads on Gumtree for cleaners the day before they need the cleaning done. Their ABN is not registered for GST. The customer reviews on the website are false, the ABN was registered from 22 May 2015 and they have reviews dated prior to this date.
