unbelievable service – WOW WOW WOW, i messed up my order, thought i had ordered 10 signs but only 1 was delivered, I contacted easysign to see if it was my mistake or theirs, it was mine, however easysign said, no problem, we will print you another 9 and send them to you at no cost.......................when was the last time you had service like that? Great product at a good price with exceptional service, it doesnt get any better than that.
Exactly what I wanted – Ordered a for sale board plus 5 pointer boards. The price quoted on their website was satisfactory and website a breeze to use. Communication throughout the ordering process was fast and efficient. Once the order was processed and proofed my signs were on the way in a day and delivered two days later. Brilliant service and I was more than happy with the finished product. Highly recommend.

have ordered 24 or 48 hours before i need the items (large orders at that) and they have produced in time! I was advised before dealing with them always pick up the items from the warehouse if you need the item straight away which is what i have done for all my orders so far so i cannot speak to delivery service
Happy with the speedy service – I recently ordered two banners from easy signs, one which was a custom size. I found their website relatively easy to navigate and I received the finished banners within two days of approving the final designs. Both banners were well-constructed, well-printed and seem good quality. I am definitely happy with their service.
Outstanding service in difficult times – We ordered several banners for my wife's business that we ideally wanted urgently, within 1 week but set expectations of at least 2 weeks given the uncertain times. worst customer service – they have multiple salespeople and prompt in reply but worst in understanding and don't apply any intelligence. never going back again and be careful. even for their mistake, they ask for money
They don't deliver – They decided to use the cheap shipping company that doesn't actually deliver. Stayed at home all day from 8AM to 615PM to find out that the driver ran out of time. But instead of offering some form of discount, I had to ask to get a refund and cancel the order. So now 500 flyers go into the garbage, which is a waste for the environment. And even though they have all my details, was asked to email them my details again. Why? I've already spent way too much time on this, why not think in solutions instead of using more of my time?
Easy Signs have my order totally wrong, Cannot follow basic instructions, Delay after delay! – I have tried and tried to get 2 A frames from this company and they are just incapable of following basic instructions and producing them. When you call them they just fob you off or say we don't know what's happened or can't comment as we don't know what's gone wrong?? It is like dealing with children. Don't waste your time and money with Easy Signs as they will just let you down.
Delivery what delivery – Two separate deliveries have gone missing somewhere inside toll and easy signs are unhelpful promise to return calls never do cannot speak to the quality of their product as I haven't been able to get any delivered
Wow – Ordered signs and had an immediate response. Signs where designed with no fuss and delivered to Perth in a few days. Exceptional cost competive. Highly recommend this company for any of your sign needs.
Failure to deliver as advised by your customer service team – I had an urgent job for an event. This was discussed with Easy Signs who advised I would receive my signs yesterday however they were not delivered as promised. I would not have ordered through them if they could not deliver in time. All my artwork and payments were given to them within the correct timeframes.
Amazing! – The service I received from this company was the best I have ever had from a company which conducts its business online. They were prompt with their responses to my emails and having agreed the artwork for the signs, they were made and delivered to Melbourne within 2 days. Amazing!

We unwrapped it, & were shocked to see how beautiful the workmanship was.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them, I'm blown away!
