EasyShuttle

Made Sydney travel easy – Very easy to book online and the only negative thing was they were not great with communicating when I needed to change our pick up time. Leon did ring me when we got to the airport & we arranged pick up time & location to meet. Driving was excellent and he had us to the house we'd booked with little stress. We also booked them for the return journey and had no issues. Would highly recommend.
Excellent Service and very Affordable – I booked easy shuttle online while being overseas, booking process (online) was very quick and price was very competitive rather the cheapest you will ever get. I was travelling with 2 kids so requested two baby seats as well. As soon as I landed in Sydney switched on my phone received a text from "Leon" saying whenever you are cleared give me a… Read more
buzz. I spoke to him once we were ready and walked to the parking bay. The van was clean and tidy, baby seats were available and we were all set to go.
Best part was talking to Leon while travelling to our destination, we had excellent conversation. This was my first time booking an airport shuttle and had concerns after reading reviews about shuttle services overall. But great service from easy shuttle laid all my concerns to rest.
I highly recommend EASY SHUTTLE as they are economical, efficient and service focused.
Find somebody else for your shuttle service needs – We live on a new estate in SW Sydney and booked online. Upon transfer from Airport to home address driver said we need to pay suburb difference of $50 because Apple maps shows difference suburb. Proof of address given to the company but still charged me extra. Beware because they can be rude even if you are correct.
Airport Transfer – Very easy to make a booking and was on time for pick up as well as return Customer service is excellent, door to door friendly and polite Thanks Leon !!
FANTASTIC SERVICE! – * Very easy to make a booking. * Customer service is excellent. * Buses are always clean and tidy. * I shifted my business to Easy Shuttle because they DO NOT keep me waiting in their for hours. Others have done this to me when they drive around to the INTL Terminal and wait for heaps for a late OS flight to land. Easy Shuttle has always… Read more

Best service ! – Brought 20 people from Adelaide for the Liverpool doll show, booked shuttle on line which couldn't have been easier ! Shuttle was on time and driver couldn't have been more helpful , even added two more to the group that we picked up on the flight over, and dropped them at their motel. Also used them to take us into the city on the Sunday and pick… Read more
us up again, and take us back to airport on the Monday morning, Really couldn't have asked for better service, will definitely be using them again next year. Thanks for the great service, looking forward to seeing you soon !
Would not use again – Pick up was forty minutes late. After picking up other customers which compounded the problem. Making me late at the other end missing friends picking me up to go to a dear friends "Spreading of Ashes Ceremony" Driver was rude and argumentative. Full of excuses which were no interest to me. I paid to be pickup and taken to a destination. It's up… Read more
to your business to be on time and give service second to none.
I would never use you again and will tell others at every opportunity I get.
Do not use EasyShuttle - [link removed] – Sorry for a long review but here is my story: We booked an airport shuttle with Easy Shuttle, driver named [name removed], was driving us to the International airport on 01/07/2013 When we made the booking the pickup time was for between 5:40am and 6:10am, on the 30/06/2013. [name removed] left a voice mail in regards to picking us up earlier… Read more
between 5:30am and 5:45am.I returned the driver’s call to confirm this as ok.
At 5:20am next morning, when we were getting ready to go, the driver called and said that the shuttle is waiting, and why are we still not out, and if we don’t board to bus now he would leave. I responded that we will be out in 5 minutes. The driver immediately picked up an argument accusing us of being late, to which I answered that he told us himself to be ready between 5:30 and 5:45AM which was confirmed, He said that he sent us a text message at 6AM in the morning, warning us that he is on his way and will be at our place in 20 minutes.
This text message was missed (on invoice it said time confirmation is between 6-12 hrs), we were busy getting ready. Even if I saw this message, everything was planned to be ready earliest by 5:30AM.
I asked my husband to start taking our cases out ASAP and stop the driver. My 5 year old daughter started to cry because she thought the driver would leave and we will miss our plane. This all was very frustrating, instead of being excited and happy to go, my child was panicking and crying.
When I got out, I said to the driver that he had no right to change a pick up time at such short notice by sending a text message and threatening to leave us without transport. I said I would complain about this, to which he responded that he doesn’t care. The whole attitude of the driver towards my family and I was appalling. He kept saying that he sent us a text message and that we had to be ready, speaking very rudely and saying to me that “a good wife doesn’t need a push!” What that was supposed to mean I have no idea. He called me a “sewerage pit” because I spoke up to him and told him I would not let him get away with it. But my husband asked me to stop talking to him, worrying that the driver would just leave and we will be left in a very difficult situation.
On the way to the airport, the driver missed the exit to SYD International Airport which was first and went to Domestic Airport to drop off a woman, another passenger in the shuttle (who seemed to be the driver’s friend) first, thus instead of driving us for 50 minutes from Glenwood (Norwest Business park), we had a very long journey taking one and a half hour.
When the driver dropped us off, I told him that his customer service is appalling, and there is no way a driver should behave like this, to which he very arrogantly responded that he is not a driver but an owner! Seeing the situation as hopeless and not willing to continue the argument I said to him: “Forget it!” and we rushed to the airport.
I thought that my telephone number was provided to the Easy Shuttle for a business purposes only and not for any personal contacts. I was wrong. A driver can use it to harass and insult the Easy Shuttle customers, because just a few minutes after being dropped off, I received the following text message:
“Hi
A mum using “F” word in front of her own child is worse than a sewerage Pit!!!
Be a good mum and teach your child in proper. Feel extremely very sorry for Mr. ... for putting up with you
End of story”
I can only guess that he took me saying “forget it” for something else, but it is not the point and doesn’t give a driver the right to contact clients for personal reasons and insult them.
This is my whole experience with the Easy Shuttle, as you may imagine not a very good start of a holiday. The "driver-owner" using the situation when the passengers are most vulnerable and would put up with anything to get to the airport to let his rudeness run free and enjoy “the power” over a poor family desperate to get to the airport in time. He obviously thinks if he is an owner of this one person business he can treat his client like dirt. We felt helpless, blackmailed, treated as if the driver was doing us a great favour and not providing a service we paid for. I still wish we took a train and did not have to go through this. My child still tells me that she didn't like that man who took us to the airport. All we needed was a stress free ride to the airport. Dear travellers, use Sydney public transport to the airport, it is by far less expensive and much less stressfull than dealing with obuse just before your holiday you were waiting for and planning for months. My child had to listen to this man calling me a sewarage pit is not acceptable.
Being abused and insulted
