Wore these shoes a whole twice and zipper came off which makes them the most expensive pair of shoes ever purchased, by me. I did previously send a message to manufacturer, how ever I found them in the past to let them know. Not a reply or… Read more

acknowledgment……

Very professional. So what now, throw them out after holding on to them for years, hoping I could work out want to do to fix them. Shoe repair even advised that nothing could be done.

No good buying comfortable shoes and they can’t be worn after a couple of times.

No accountability, no care and not all of us are made of money to just throw away

Follow-up  · Has the company reached out, NO…. They appeared to be strong zippers but one side came away just while trying to zip the shoes closed. Had only wore twice so still look brand new….Lace up shoes that you leave laced up and use the zipper to open and close. So, no functioning zipper, not a pair a shoes that can be worn!!!!

These shoes are terrible quality. For the price i spent on them i expected them to last longer than 4 months. What a waste of money. They are not good shoes at all. The arch has started to collapse too.

Absolutely worst quality shoe for the price! I bought my first pair of Vectra Tan Glove Sneakers in October, 4 weeks later I returned to the store I purchased from as the souls were peeling away from the shoe, 6 weeks later the new pair doing the… Read more

same again, 8 weeks later (if you can see a pattern here I was trying to wear them less, I work in an office and walk minimal steps per day) they are peeling again! The store I purchased them from have been great but absolutely no way will I take them back again as I don’t want a replacement pair, ideally money back would be great but even then you’ll never find me purchasing this brand again! Do NOT recommend

Follow-up  · I am about to try out Frankie4, these were my first pair and assumed with the price they would last, to be honest my colorados that were half the price lasted longer that just were too well worn to keep wearing. I chose the Vectra Tan Glove Sneakers originally because they look and felt comfortable, they are comfy they just lack durability. My store were great, allowed me to exchange 3 times.

Easy step whisper – Wore these on a walk yesterday and it was very painful, even though size is just right. Ended up with skin broken on my heels, and blisters on both heels. My feet were also so sore after the walk, extremely uncomfortable experience!

Terrible Quality - Made to last a month at most – I’ve been buying the same easy step shoes for work for years. Years ago they were great shoes that would last quite a long time. But times have changed and for the last couple of years the quality is absolutely appalling. While I do next to nothing at work to wear these shoes, they scuff extremely easy, the flimsy outer material peels off and the… Read more

heel breaks down. All I do is sit at a desk all day and walk maybe 500 meters at most, yet easy step shoes are lucky to last a month before they look like they are 10 years old and are in such bad shape you just can’t wear them anymore. I even tried driving to work in different shoes to preserve the heel integrity, but this didn’t seem to make much difference. Just small amounts of walking on a footpath leads to a rapid wearing down of the heels. Extremely disappointed. The brand just can’t be trusted.

Very poor quality & over priced shoes – I bought two pairs of work shoes, and they both have not lasted a year. Work shoes means I’m wearing them a lot at work. $150 for each pair I thought I was buying quality. I feel ripped off badly.

Nooooo not wide – I normally buy regular width shoes and just go for the wider styles but I thought I’d splash out on a comfy wide fit brand. I purchased easy steps and wide steps. The easy steps Wise sneakers are more tight than regular shoes. I can fit them if I remove the insoles and replace with flat ones but not as comfy. Black ones fit bigger than the white… Read more

ones. Softer after a small amount of wearing in to stretch the “leather”. For over $100 a pair this leather looks like what you might get at Kmart. It even bubbles where the very thin top layer isn’t bonded properly. I hope they will last some wear.

The wide steps Novella sneakers are even tighter than the easy steps. They look wide and chunky on the outside but they feel tight and are shorter in length. They don’t have enough lace length to adjust them much. Had to remove the thick insoles again which does make them roomy. The worst part is the left shoe fits big and the right is tighter all over when my left foot is the larger by 0.5cm! They look exactly the same on the outside, it’s mysterious. Same questionable thin bonded “leather” as the other pair. Not bubbly, but not as soft. Hurts little toe even though my foot shape is such that toes do not splay out. They are short and round in toe box. The zips function ok but not great.

I did get one pair of easy steps Ellen slip on sandals that I like but the first pair sent to me were faulty. One foot made a very loud sound of air escaping. I had to travel an hour to return them at Myer (if you buy from sandler website there is nowhere to return them but online) and was able to buy another pair (not allowed to do a straight exchange). Overall a disappointing brand that I absolutely DO NOT recommend for a wider or comfort fit. They wouldn’t fit my teen daughter who has feet wide at toes. They squish toes which makes walking more difficult and causes calf cramping. It’s like a sick joke calling them wide fit.

Poor Quality – I am disappointed to read all the reviews about the poor quality of this product. Anyway I've bought a pair of slippers online one size larger than usual, so will see how that goes.

Easy steps are poor quality and therefore overpriced. I'll not be buying them again! – I paid around $40 for easy step slippers and they have not lasted well. The material around the edges has warn away after very little wearing. P Easy steps are a poor quality and over priced product.

Quality no longer – Purchased a pair of Easy Step Strike Boots on the 14th of April 2020, were them approx 3 times a week to a rural office, floor boards. Noticed that both heels had worn through, cant get in contact with Myers but have contacted Easy Steps Australia , regards loyal fan of Easy Steps Row from Mt Evelyn Vic 3796

It’s not as wide fitting as it claim – I already own a pair of their boots which bought several years ago and they are very comfortable to wear. So, as they wore off its tome for me to buy a new pair. Because they were comfortable so I bought two pairs from the brand. I bought a pair of BRENDA NEUTRAL GLOVE (4cm heels, 37) & a pair of BOSTON COGNAC GLOVE (4cm heels, 37). I bought it… Read more

during the Christmas sales. It send out with no trouble, however, the boot in size 37 was for just right. So I had to return for exchange one size larger. I tested the Glove heels, they were comfortable to wear at first. So I wore it to work. However, after 5mins of walking in the heels, my feet started to feel a serious of aching, specially on the top where the heels designed is slightly narrow to pointy. It is so hard to walk in it and after I got home I would probably wear it occasionally. I felt that it’s a waste of money as I purposely bought it for work footwear. I would like to suggest that EasySteps could have some square toe design to cater for wider foot end users rather than only narrow tip top design. It’s a pity but I would give the other pair of BOSTON COGNAC BOOT a go this coming winter. Hopefully they are as comfortable as my old pairs of EasySteps boots! On the customer service side, although it’s only communicated via email. I got fast responses from their customer service on update of my exchange status and other queries I made. 1 extra star for the customer service!

No email response . No phone number??? No way to contact?? – Some time back purchased two pairs of leather dress loafers, one brown, one black for dress purposes hardly worn. Recently the brown pair uppers still in excellent condition , has synthetic soles flaking and cracking through to shoe base, so thinking it was due to wear threw them out. Two weeks later on wearing the black pair for all of a day on… Read more

a outing ( also in excellent condition and heels not at all worn ) found exact same. Have emailed Easy Steps on their website three times but seems they cannot be bothered to reply and no phone number provided?

Am not happy as these shoes cost over a hundred dollars per pair? Is to be noted I have a similar style only with leather soles which are way older and which are still in great condition!

What is apparent is that the material of which the synthetic soles are made is of INFERIOR quality? On contacting the company three times a reply was forthcoming claiming they had replied to my email? No email was received. The response regarding the problem was that parts of shoe such as stitching and soles deteriorate over time, like car tyres? Really?? I think not. Car tyres do not or crack as stated by this customer care manage4 who obviously lacks err ... customer care. Shoes and their Soles need to be of merchantable quality given we walk on them, nor should they flake or crack when stored?? Etc etc. Surely is am not the only consumer sick and tired of these kinds of responses.

Overpriced Poor Quality Slipper – I bought the Easy Steps Sofie and little bits of fluff is coming off and it’s been about two weeks that I’ve had them for. It fits well but the quality was disappointing considering I paid about $50 for it.

Overpriced, poor quality - very disappointed – I broke my ankle and thought I'd treat myself to a good pair of slippers as I would be living in them for a while. Bought Serina Grey slippers for $59.95. ($76.90 with Express Postage) Very poor quality and just saw the same in Target (different colour) for $20!! I am so very disappointed. Will never buy from them again

Squeaky sandals – I've bought a couple of pairs of easysteps ladies sandals and at a full price of around $150, the quality is poor. The sandals are leather with a modern and attractive design but the pairs I've purchased squeak badly. The office I work in is very quiet and a few people have complained about my shoes that squeak with every step I take. The noise is… Read more

loud, like a dogs chew toy. I googled possible remedies and tried insoles, leather conditioner, talc etc. but still the squeak persists. I'm now going to have to throw these in the bin as I feel like a cat wearing a bell - waste of money as the shoes are still in as new condition - I've hardly worn them but I've had them too long to take back to the store. I didn't notice the squeak in the first few months - but I had a different job and wasn't walking around so much.
