I ordered a product in December. All the parts still not here and it's August and we cant use it. No one calls me back and emails are answered a week later. Pathetic service. I want a refund.

The OGO toilet seems to be a very good product and is easy to install the only thing I would recommend is that the vent for the door be included in the fitting kit and the price adjusted accordingly it would have saved a lot of time so I could have fitted the toilet all in one go instead of having to ordering the vent separately Show reply
Follow-up · I would add the vent.cover to the OGO kit right from the start, waiting for the vent cover delayed my job by about a week, installation was simple by watching youtube and the instructions provided

Surprisingly great – Happy with purchase, process was good. Product is great, I spent a long time looking at options and had a budget and I'm really happy with this choice, it's our full time toilet and I get about 5-6 days before I have to empty and it doesn't smell, to my surprise. Show reply
