Inefficient company to deal with. Still waiting on refund from them.
Havent installed to date due to work commitments, but talking with people that have this product, im sure we will be impressed Show reply
I ordered a product in December. All the parts still not here and it's August and we cant use it. No one calls me back and emails are answered a week later. Pathetic service. I want a refund.
As expected, can't rate the product itself, not yet installed Show reply

Karla at Eco off grid was very prompt and helpful in answering my questions. Very prompt and efficient delivery of the goods I ordered. Show reply
The OGO toilet seems to be a very good product and is easy to install the only thing I would recommend is that the vent for the door be included in the fitting kit and the price adjusted accordingly it would have saved a lot of time so I could have fitted the toilet all in one go instead of having to ordering the vent separately Show reply
Follow-up · I would add the vent.cover to the OGO kit right from the start, waiting for the vent cover delayed my job by about a week, installation was simple by watching youtube and the instructions provided
Great product everything was in the boxes , video and instructions made assembly easy . My only negative is I thought I was getting the trolly but didnt realise it only came with the premium package Show reply

Surprisingly great – Happy with purchase, process was good. Product is great, I spent a long time looking at options and had a budget and I'm really happy with this choice, it's our full time toilet and I get about 5-6 days before I have to empty and it doesn't smell, to my surprise. Show reply
