Terrible TV – The TV is simple to set up and the picture quality is good, but the sound quality isn’t great. The tv is also very slow even after pressing buttons there is a very big input lag of about 10 seconds, and even past all of these issues, the one that bothers me the most which I struggle to get past is that it makes a high pitched noise when tv is on or on standby. Extremely concerned this tv might short circuit and cause a catastrophic fire – Purchased tv 24 October as a Xmas present for daughters room. Did not set up till this year, mid January. Junk-o – Did a factory reset to clear the tv and start fresh again. Now stuck looping "checking for updates" and failing with "something went wrong". Hard reset of holding vol+ on control doesn't even register, no help from support. Not even a good paperweight...

disappointed. It lacks even the basic features and when you power on, it takes a (literal) lifetime to get to the home screen for TV. It doesn't allow you to go to the previous channel watched... Ugh!... and you can't 'book' programs in advance and previewing all channels?. . It's rubbish!!

Worst TV I've ever used and worst value for money I have ever spent – I've had issues with this TV right out of the box since I got it in December 2020. Chrome cast doesn't work. TV remote doesn't work properly: you have to wait for the tv to register that you even pressed a button. 50% of the time that I turn it on, a blotchy screen turns from black to white, I so I have to keep turning on then off until I can get a proper screen to show. Shaky around edges of screen, as in the image. Sound quality is dreadful, it's like the tv has been place under water half the time, careful what you put on, some things you watch can often require closed captions to understand.
It may be a good price, but you expect something to be functional and working and this has been nothing but drama since day dot. What is the actual worth of the tv, as in the quality you are paying for? I'd say around $50, not $250. I strongly recommend don't be hasty, any other tv is worth the wait. Please do NOT settle for this junk, you will unfortunately regret it, save up a bit more and spend your money on a better brand that will last and be off higher quality.

Been a great little tv – Purchased well over 8 months ago have not had any real issues only a blank screen from an app not the tv's fault rarely has a little lag loading when first turned on.. Pictures always great sounds not the most brilliant but it's loud enough for my needs and always get told to turn it down so can't be to bad. repair man said this was a joke and they just stall for time to let the warranty expire. And the 2nd time did not fix it . So ask for a replacement and was basically told to go kick rocks as now it is out of warranty. Do not buy from this company. You have been warned. button to actually move. The sound is dodgey, it’ll be really loud on a low setting then when turned up next it’ll either go really quiet for some reason or go really loud. It’s bad. I brought it through Afterpay so I have to figure out how to return it. 100% not happy & probably will never purchase another EKO product. Problems From Day 1 – I bought this Tv approximately 1.5 months ago. Takes forever to load and almost 50 % if the time when I turn it in it appears black and wipe strips and no picture, have to reboot it every time, factory reset didn't fix the issue either. EK0 32" TV – The sound is appalling for a $300 TV, and although the picture was fine the poor quality speaker certainly made the unit not fit for its intended purpose, which is home entertainment.
My mother and I bought the same tv. We both have issues with the white and black screen appearing when the tv starts up – The system and apps work fine. Features and controls are great, all work well. I like Google assistant and the wireless technology it has. It has 4 HDMI ports which is plenty. Show details

google acc. The picture is amazing and so clear, and response time is instant. No ghosting so far that I can see. When you turn the tv off and then the next day for example turn it back on and it goes straight back to what you were watching the night before. It's brilliant. I am now thinking about buying the 65" version. The pictures don't do the screen image justice. It is crystal clear and really impressive. It has 3 hdmi ports, 2 usb ports, a headphone jack, rca ports and the rest. More than most expensive tv's. The sound isn't as terrible as other cheap tvs I have owned. But it isn't the best. Which is easy fixed by adding a soundbar. And then you have a top quality tv for a fraction of the cost of an expensive one. In all its an awesome cheap tv that won't disappoint you. 28th Dec 2020: Still going strong with no probs at all. Still as happy a the day I bought it. Amazing tv.
