Program list is terrible but picture clarity/sound good – I have had issues with mainly all the channel 7 channels. The program list says one thing and the program that is showing is something else. I suspect there is a timing issue as the program list seems to be off by 1 hour maybe. Have contacted EKO but they said antenna issue. Called technician and he said no your antenna is fine. He said tuner is not working inside the tv.

Remote was useless – I bought a 32” smart tv from big w from the beginning the remote was dodgy. Have changed the batteries but it no longer works. Bought a universal remote which won’t connect. Now my wifi has disconnected from the tv and I’m struggling to reconnect manually. Can I purchase a new remote that connects to this tv ?
