Elastoplast

I purchased an Elastoplast wrist support brace and after only 7 days of light use the Velcro had already lost adhesion and the material began to fray. For the price, I expected far better quality. When I contacted their support team, I was told they would only replace it once I returned the faulty brace — which I still actually needed to use. After explaining this, they then asked me to provide the lot number from the cardboard packaging. Honestly, who keeps a piece of cardboard for a week just in case a product turns out to be faulty? They have no stopped communication. Very disappointing product and frustrating customer service process. I expected more from a brand like Elastoplast.
