lucky that im not at my other job and I’m helping you outside the hours” I was extremely disappointed with the teacher and the resources we got to do the course. I didnt realise this course consisted of just reading and answering questions and the teacher not actually ’teaching. Just telling us to attend the zoom call to tell us what answers we got wrong and to go back and fix it. I was self teaching.So unfortunately I will not be recommending Employe Ease to any of my friends or family & i will definitely not be continuing this course.

Not happy with service – I would not suggest anyone to study any kind of course from this college. They take longer time than usual to finish. They took 1 year to start placement for disability course. The trainers also not responding after email to them regarding assessment help. Mahesh kara who is placement organiser is very rude not responding any calls or emails if you ask help responding placement. Admin team is not helpful and friendly

Important step on my job seeking journey – I am so thankful to Employease and trainer Josie who help me to get a good job in Royal Melbourn Hospital. frustrated with this company as you can’t contact them and the complaints email do not work. Be careful with this, they don’t seem to want to refund my $100.00, and the amazing of time I have wasted trying to get it back is beyond unreasonable!

Stay away from this company – Manager at Box Hill treats trainers with total disregard and disrespect. There's no administrative personal and payroll employee is the rudest person. Competence does not exist in this company! Company pay very low wages and have no concern with students content taught or placements. Stay away from them, anything will be better than this professional experience

course. Josie Zahra was our last trainer and she was with us for online teaching. She did her best to deliver her knowledge to us. Our group was her first online class group.

After a few weeks of waiting, luckily our group got placement for two weeks in Austin hospital. Josie was with us not only for two weeks, she was with us until we got a job. That's what is very special about her as a trainer. She always makes sure about each of us at the placement how we were doing, what we were doing and whether we were doing the right thing? She was very supportive and guided our group.

She guided me to make my resume and references. She advised me on how to face the interview and she was very supportive of me getting a job. I applied for many jobs and about 30 job applications were rejected. Finally, I got a full time job in Austin hospital as a PSA.

While I was working as a PSA, I started studying Operation Theatre Technician course. I could be able to successfully completed my studies and I recently started working as an Operation Theatre Technician.

Certificate iii in Health service assistant helped me to have a job. Also,Josie guided and motivated me to apply for many more jobs when every denied job applications. She gave me hope and encouraged me to apply for jobs more and more.

I would like to say big thanks to the employease and thanks to Josie from the bottom of my heart.

Loved my trainer – Finally finished my course & placement completed during the craziness of covid & lockdowns. I loved my trainer Bernie who helped me so much and I really want to go and study more. Don’t waste your time or money! – I do NOT recommend this place to do any certification. I wouldn’t study through this company again if it was paid by someone else. Definitely pays to read reviews before signing up to any company to do your cert. or even better, ask your friends if they know of any good places.

Admin is terrible, they have a backlog for placement and do not provide it even if they say they do – Really sad how this course went. They promised everything and nothing came true. I just saw that they are still promising placement, but they're about a year behind and advise current classes (after the students already paid of course) to find paid work and do placement through there as they are unable to provide it. placement requirement, so it's not easy to find a job where you can do the "accepted" placement. They're part of HCA, but you can't do placement there as it's a conflict of interest. They have a drop out of 1/3 of the class and they think that that's normal. They state "classroom environment" and get away with 1/3 zoom classes. Most trainers are great, but some are terrible and admin doesn't care. Admin is the biggest problem, they don't answer calls, email etc. You complain and nothing gets solved. You need the admin team all the time as assignments/ the system gets blocked. They provide first aid but you might have to wait months before a spot is available. Never again will I study with employease! Waste of money!!

Subpar training and embarrassment – Training seems subpar, I have done other certifications at various levels and I found the material and content of training to be lacking. now cringe when I say I'm from employease.

Edit: I thought to add additionally now that time has passed, the vast majority of the class dropped out and of the few that finished only 2 have found work. This was for the diploma in nursing, absolutely appalling. I left also and finished my diploma through tafe which was significantly better. I have never been treated as badly as I was by the administration and management here. Don't waste your time they don't care about you or your training, they just want you to pay. Basically a scam.

worst training institute – thought that this would be a well reputed training institute but unfortunately it is indeeed one of the worst their trainers are very unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant. they hold personal grudges and take advantage of their authority and position. it was such a waste of time and money with this institute will report it to the ombudsman and authorities too.
