Ordered a few items about a year ago and while I received some of the order, I’m still waiting for the case to arrive. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have had no response. Buyer beware! Show details

Long story short, my item arrived very late, too late for the event for which the item was required. I have tried since June to return the item and have been completely ignored. This includes multiple emails and letters suggesting that the next steps are legal action. Show details

We got these earmuffs primarily for an upcoming flight when our baby will be 3 months old. However we ended up heading to a comedy show recently and used the earmuffs for this too. tighten the band though. Otherwise bub did sleep through most of what was a pretty noisy gig. He definitely still got some loud noise or at least decent shifts in volume as he startled at some loud parts. But the earmuffs can only reduce by so many decibels not block all noise. I am pretty satisfied that they will be great for the volume on our upcoming flight.

EDIT: it’s now January 2026 and the seller still hasn’t responded or refunded my money!! DO NOT BUY!! I have purchased these earmuffs for my child, fully paid for in September 2025 and have not received them! Have tried contacting the seller - no phone number - only an email address and contact form. They’ve ignored all my messages. Reported to Office of Fair Trading who also can’t reach them. BUYER BEWARE!!

Not a fan – Bought the toddler and babies earmuffs. Both kids have refused to wear it and the babies headband seems way too small. It can't even wrap around my 10 week olds head... so I wouldn't recommend.

Amazing – Love them! Brought for my 4 year old as he is sensitive to noise and gets anxious and overwhelmed from loud noises. Although it has taken some time for him to get used to the pressure of them on his head he has been using them when we are out and he is so much calmer with them on. Size alteration would be helpful – Excellent earmuffs for my grandson, however they were a bit tight for his head and there didn't seem to be any way to loosen them off. If it is possible to alter, could you please tell me how? He was comfortable wearing them up to a point, and then they became uncomfortable. Show 2 replies

My son likes it, will get one more for home use as well – Maybe just a tiny little little bit too tight for my son as his ears displayed hot and red , swearing around ears just after wear that for 20mins.... Highly recommended, especially for younger ages – I bought the EMS earmuffs for my 2 children (9 and 11) for them to wear at Pink’s concert. The ear muff was snug and comfortable and made a huge difference to the noise level. My 9 yr old loved them and he is sensitive to noise level. The only downside for my older child was that the band was a bit tight across the top of her head. I.e. The muffs are adjustable in length but not width. Show details ·  1

Didn't work when the baby was 3 months, when he was six it worked but kept slipping off his head – We bought the EMS earmuffs for an intercontinental flight. Unfortunately, the baby didn't want to wear the earmuffs when he was 3 months old. When he was 6 months he was okay with wearing the earmuffs, however they kept slipping off his head even when we adjusted the headband to the tightest option. Show details
