Great Massage! – we purchased this spa for hydrotherapy massage for my sore back and hubby's overall sore joints. it has the most powerful massage jets, the neck massage is great, and the monster jet gives my husband a powerful massage. who needs a masseuse when you have jump in this great spa. massage, powerful jets, australian made
The only thing about 'Endless Spa's' is the endless dramas – On delivery to freshly built deck, it was left scratched badly, on complaint.. did you take it up with the drivers? A typical responsibility shirking start. After delivery, no instructions, just a half wet box of chemicals that was left upside down because the bottom was dropping out.. no instructions, no help, no advice. 6 weeks later there is a leak, after several unanswered calls they finally respond and after 2 broken appointments, the repairer finally shows up only to fix the leak (on a $28k spa??) but not the insulation.. still waiting for that. Now our brand new 3 pump spa, the blower is not working, the chlorinator is not working and one of the pumps works for about 2-3 minutes and then shuts off. NOT good enough and still, yet again, waiting for a return call. I would NOT recommend this company that is very quick to take your money but then offers nothing in any way with regards to 'customer service'. P.S. met one of the directors at the home show only to be shrugged off with the offer of a few free chemicals! The spa itself is excellent when it works... Bad customer service, unreliable.
Excellent – Highly reccomend this for people who want a spa for fantastic massage the staff and service i receieve at endless spas was amazing. the salt water systems are so much better than tradtional spas. unreal spa amazing massage jets and powerful pumps love the salt water system - so easy to maintain low maintenance great quality great seat layout - deep and shallow seats when i have to get out!!! LOL

Hello Sean This is the director of Endless Spas that offered you some chemicals in compensation for your decking being damaged by a subcontracted driver. I remember our conversation at the show and apologised for your disappointment and offered to send him back to look and repair. We have no record of any problems with your spa at this time and all previous problems were fixed by our manufacturers. I have called you ( left message) so I can discuss the above and to discuss how we never offered any support - this is most concerning to me as we run classes each week to help customers, we have detailed manuals and take our customer feedback seriously - I hope you return my call so that we can improve our customer service.
