These patches have given me my life back. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and with these patches I can have days of full function for up to five or six hours. They have also allowed me to go back to work as a driver, because I am alert when I am driving again. ... UPDATE, been using them for close to a year now.. and love them even more. If I feel my energy is slumping or starting to drain out. One or two of these and I am good for the rest of the day. Also, when I ride motorcycle, I have to stay alert and that is always boosted when I have a skin/or two on. Would imagine if I drove a lot late into the night they would be helpful to me. .. I carry a couple in my wallet .

realized, not only was I benefitting from them I felt better. My energy levels for the day were awesome. I didn't feel sluggish worn down & sleepy. Days became more productive. I also noticed that not once did I have that energy crash. So, at the end of my day (even on those busy hectic, no time in the day days) I wasn't dead to the world. I end my day with a more peaceful night. Sounds odd, yes. But these little patches give you energy all day & when night comes, your body isn't fighting still to function because you are crashing from energy drinks/shots/pills or whatever you were taking. You'll feel more relaxed/rested & can go to sleep. I also struggle badly with adult ADHD. & for those who do the same, this could help. Because, of the all day energy they give you without the rush & crash of instant fixes, I do seem to focus better. I can't explain how that works, but it does.

Don't base it's effectiveness off one day. It took me a few days to realize how much they were actually helping me. Another great thing is that they have saved me money!

calories is the biggest difference for me. I am fully energized on about 5 hours of sleep with 2 patches on. If I have 5 hours of broken sleep, I use 3 patches. It takes a bit for that tired feeling in my stomach to go away, but my mind and body feels fully functional. I don't think I'll ever be able to live off these, until I retire lol. But I also love the feeling of just being awake and getting through my busy day. My skin got irritated at first for the first few patches, but thats on me because I didn't read the instructions on the back! Make sure to out it on clean skin with no lotion! anymore. I dislike how adderall makes me feel. But when I tried these, I swear I had the first day I’ve ever had where I just felt like, AWAKE! And it was so natural feeling. I even noticed I was socializing a bit and getting work done and I didn’t have to concentrate with all my energy to get motivated just to get basic daily tasks done! After three days wearing the patch called appetite skins by Endorfix I had a massive dizzy vertigo attack that lasted four hours I vomited and couldn’t stand up thank God my family were there to help We didn’t suspect the patch thinking it was gastro Over one week later I put the patch back on and within five hours I had vertigo and room spinning and dizziness. These are an absolute joke. They didn't work for me, so I shared them with some friends. Nobody got any energy from them, and after a little research, it appears that caffeine isn't really absorbed transdermally very well. to drag yourself through the day. As far as the appetite patches go i have been using them for 1.5 months and have just ordered 3 more boxes. It can be hard to tell they're working but you DEFINITELY know they're working when you forget to put them on and find yourself starving between meals. Do not expect to put the patches on and drop weight miraculously. They will definitely curb your appetite but the rest is up to you. I lose weight very very slowly and have been dieting (with patches) for the past 8 weeks and have lost 2.6kgs. Considering i had been on weight loss injections for 2 YEARS and only lost 3kgs, I'm happy to be able to get the same results on my own with the help of the patches using the noom weight loss app (free version) to track all my food.

I’ve always struggled with cravings and needed something to keep my mind off of wanting to snack while still feeling hungry. drinking about 1 LITRE of coffee and 3+ 500ml energy drinks PER DAY!! I was super sceptical the first day, but honestly, within 30 or so minutes I brain fog lifted and felt alive!! I was using 3 patches a day, but after a week I dropped to 2. I have cut my coffee and energy drink consumption by at least half!
