to proceed so agreed, only to be phoned the next day and told be another $200 which exceeded a brand new replacement item. Went to pick up the old bits and was billed $93 for what ought have been a very short effort including, wait for it $10 for workshop rags. Yep. An extra $10 for rags was on the bill. I questioned this as one small rag would have killed it, and a "new" manager came to the counter and blustering tried to justify it. So much for customer loyalty. Disappointing. Appears to be a change of name to Engmattec (whatever that means) and maybe ownership or business direction. Well they can go whatever way without me or my hard-earned 'cause there's plenty of similar competitors to choose from.
