I signed this it would be for a month and they took a whole years worth. I asked for a refund minus 1 month and they refused. I am disputing this through PayPal. Lucky I have evidence with these reviews they are scam.

This website is a scam. It said $16.95 month and they took out a whole $880 they said it’s for the year. I said why does it say month. Wouldn’t refund me. Wake up Australia do something about this scam

Envato market also known as theme forest is Total SCAM website Purchased a theme and it’s not working and missing files , when asked for refund the reply is rude and never refunded. This site should be banned in Australia

This company is horrible. Themes are always missing something or break. If you ask for a refund on anything, they won't refund you, they will block your account so anything you have purchased previously is gone. REPORT THEM TO https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/ I do not know as an Australian company how they have been getting away with this garbage for so long.

Envato is Scammer – Envato is a scammer company don't waste your money, They claim unlimited downloads, but copyright claims often arise.

Dishonest – Dishonest, do not agree to purchase from them. You need specialty soft ware to use their files. They advertise that its $16 per month but when you put it through they charged me $322 Australian dollars for a file I could not use. Lodged a merchant complaint and my bank managed to get most of my money back, but Im still $55 out of pocket for a file that I could not use. They do not care customer care doesnt exist.

softwear – This Envato company its nothing but joke they sale large files that cant fit in your website , there customer service is scam keep send you a complecated email to file for refund that they not going approved anyways, dont buy from Envato its scam

Criminals – I bought a product on EnvatoMarket. It wasn't as advertised and had a heap of bugs. Features they advertised also didn't work as expected. Remember, the product I purchased was faulty, didn't work, and I would have been fine with them simply revoking my access to it after a refund. They refused all of that, and then locked my account.

vague excuse about all companies having "internal policies" as if that means anything... They won't even site a specific reason or rule that was allegedly broken. On top of that, they are refusing to refund me my money. At this point, feels like theft until I can get my money back. I advise you NOT to use this site.

Worst reseller in Southern hemisphere – Rubbish onseller of themes and plugins. They don't guarantee anything they sell so if you buy something that doesn't work they refuse to help you. AVOID

Leaps ahead in value but there are issues with access – As the other reviews have stated there are issues with access. It seems every other time I try to log in my password needs to be reset. This is annoying but tolerable given the overall value. Especially when you consider the hugely over-inflated cost of the Adobe products, stock photos etc.

useless, they don't answer any emails, on the contrary, they just close the account and don't care about the money you have invested in your work buying products from Envato; theft and fraud are criminalized in every country in the world, and as consumers we are entitled to all our purchased products and their respective upgrades. solutions that can't and won't work. Then when you apply to PayPal for a refund because they won't, they lock you out. (really who cares I would never deal with them again) But I guess it has something to do with scamming during the dispute process.

asking me to close the paypal disputes i had opened with promise in return that he would initiate the refund process. Once i closed the disputes he switched on me and said i would now have to resolve the refund issue with the authors.

So #1 he bait and switched me just to get the paypal disputes closed. It was a straight up lie.

#2 he refered me to speak with the authors of the products whom should bare no responsibility in this claim considering the issue was a technical issue from envatos end. They are trying to dilute responsibility so they can keep the money while i run around in circles. very devious behavior for a company!

I have since opened a fraud case against envato with visa and they are now being investigated.

Do not deal with these dirty scammers. if something goes wrong they will not have your back and will attempt to send you through a senseless infuriating loop until you give up and quit on your request.
