Do not use this service. Both furniture companies should be ashamed for promoting a scam website. I require a refund and no one will respond to emails or phone messages…truly listen to all the reviews on here and don’t give them your money it is a scam.

100% a scam!!! We paid for packaging removal and it was never collected. Can’t reach Enviro-man via email or phone. Thankfully we got our money back through our bank. No idea why Plush and Nick Scali are recommending this business to their customers. They must know it’s a scam. Definitely turns me off purchasing from them in the future. Stay away from Enviro-man!!!

Total scam do not use this service. Nick Scali needs to stop sending the link and advertising... Paid and they never came... I've phoned, emailed and chased every day for 3 weeks. Nothing... Stay away from them

DO NOT BOOK THIS. So unprofessional- do not answer their phones or emails or process refunds. Outrageously rigid in needing the booking before the couch deliver (strange requirement). Had it done for cheaper and with much better service on Airtasker.

After reading the reviews , I tried using thios provider and found to be excellent. I was worried reading these reviews but found if you follow the process and book 48hrs prior delivery , the delivery teams take the packaging away without a fuss. Scam don’t use – Took my money but didn’t take the packing from my Nick Scali order. Phone number is disconnected and no response from emails. Don’t use them it’s just a scam for nick scali to get more money

link to his webpage. I have had a previous lounge from Nick Scali delivered and I needed a council pickup to remove the packaging so I believed there would be a similar amount of packaging this time. I paid enviroman through the link (https://www.enviroman.online/) provided by Nick Scali. The amount totalled $137.76. My furniture was delivered and the driver told me there was no packaging, just a handful of glad wrap. He said they don’t pack clearance stock, they wrap gladwrap around them. The driver told me to contact enviroman and get my money back. I immediately started contact with enviroman via email and I rang and spoke to the delivery section of Nick Scali to lodge a complaint as they should not have led me to believe I needed packaging removed. I subsequently commenced text messaging enviroman who refused to return my money, initially saying that he picked up the rubbish. His story then changed several times and at one time he offered to repay me half but I have not been refunded any money at the time of writing. I am also placing this review on the Nick Scali website. They have enviroman under the banner of communications with me so I hold them responsible for allowing this scam to take place. I have saved all SMS and text/emails concerning my dealings with both Nick Scali and enviroman. It is now the 7th of June and Nick Scali has not been able to contact enviroman. This I find hard to believe. In any case they are the main player and should refund me and seek to retrieve their money from enviroman in their own good time.
