Love our Pool, communication was the let down – We had our pool dig 6th October 2022, formal handover 20th December 2022. Our sales guy Marc was great, really informative, he handed over to Mark our construction supervisor who was also really informative and helped us get our pool over the line and finished by Christmas. Every tradesperson who worked on our pool was really helpful & knowledgeable, could not fault anyone.

Due to lack of communication, nobody letting us know a whole bunch of important things such as tiling needing to be bedded, skimmer box should have been tiled, the pool needs to be brushed daily for the first four or so weeks, we have been left feeling a little deflated by the whole experience. We have officially had our handover and our first pool check up and we are still waiting on a skimmer box cover and for some rubbish to be removed a month later. We have withheld the final $200 payment hoping this will be completed but being that its been over a month now it seems Environ don't seem to phased which is disappointing considering our pool/spa cost $69k..

We felt throughout our pool build if we weren't the ones in constant contact with Environ from the 4 week curing of the concrete then we would not have had our pool completed by Christmas. We sourced our own tiler as Environs tiler was a little behind and wouldn't get to us til the end of January which we were ok with but due to the lack of communication and us not being tilers we had no idea of the prep work that should have been done, hence now we have an uneven spillway from the spa to the pool as the concreting wasn't straight and after the fact we were told the tiler should have bedded it to make it right and tile the skimmer box. If Environ had of given us this information to give to the tiler we would have ensured this was done. Communication again lacked when it came to the pool fencing inspector - we sourced our own pool fencer and Environ organised the inspector and I had to google what we needed to do to pass it, had no idea the CPR sign needed to be attached to the fence, we thought maybe Environ would send someone out to make sure everything was ready and ok for the inspector but we were left in the dark to figure it out ourselves.

Never having a pool before and knowing nothing about building a pool communication was extremely important to us and would have avoided the above issues. We went with Environ Pools due to their upgraded offers and the convenience of having monthly servicing included in our package so we could learn all there is to know about running a pool. We love our pool design and everything is running smoothly, can not fault the quality of the pool, just waiting for the final things to be done.

Stunning and Amazing Pool and People – I left it up to Pete to come back with a design and quote expecting to modify it. Pete delivered exactly what I was after. Pete knew I had a granddaughter and designed the ledge the full length of the pool as well as the steps at the end the full width. I made no changes. Pete listened and even came out on a Sunday just to show my husband samples. Love working with Pete on this build. I then met Matt and Brad (site supervisor) wonderful people. Brad has been on top of everything during the build. Professional as well as layback and approachable. Hayley from the office lovely lady. Friendly and helpful absolute lovely lady to deal with. The interaction with the staff I have had it tells that they work for a company that treats the staff like family. This type of company I like dealing with as if they treat their staff well you can expect they will treat their customers that way also. The pool and infinite edge spa what can I say but WOW! thank you its amazing. I can't wait to turn the filter on so we have the constant waterfall. Then of course turn it off and sit in a warm spa on a cold night. My grand daughter thinks the spa is her own mini pool. The quality of workmanship is what is expected from a company like Environ pools. Thank you to all the staff that made this happen.
