EPIC Assist

Neglectful service in fact no service at all they have too many clients and do the bare minimum. they do not follow up and check the services in place are doing their job. One of their support coordinators was very verbally aggressive. They feign professionalism but they provide a very limited service. I have had very bad experiences with over 7 clients. Look elsewhere

Very good so far – Very good staff paid for my security licence and will be looking forward to things to come in the future I suggest signing with this group then other job providers

Employment service – Good service friendly staff experienced bit of a let down when asked for assistance with electric assist push bike was not expensive just don't ask for to much good service tho

Complement – Epic assist is very professional and all staff are very helpful and supportive in getting people back into the work force and placing them into a job their happy in and can move forward into reach their personal goals ,wouldn't want to be with any other job agencie ,and can't thank the people at epic enough that have help me reach my personal goals Use know who use are and can't express how much I appreciate ur surport and assistance,thank you

Excellent – Seth is help fall and fills in jobs for me Seth at Cabo is best he puts in jobs fee me I don’t have to ask he does all for me I have foot problem minor but Seth puts jobs in for me and I don’t have to beet him up ,I get massive payout for foot once year an still get dole n can go motels an live up Cabo epic is best an I can't recamend enuff  Show reply

Big mistake. These people are here for them, not for you, – I have found that this company is more focused on getting the placement fee from the government than finding you a job you can stay in. They want the money, just don't expect them to do much for it.

As a person with a complex disability referred to Epic Assist in 2016 – Epic Assist removed all of the medical conditions and treatments that I was involved in to treat my debilitating conditions. Avoid Epic Assist - they don't care about the individual - they care about the money they get from the government and push people with disabilities into positions that the person with the disability cannot hope to fulfil.

If this is wrong Epic Assist, please post thousands of successful cases that you have achieved in the last four years. Please also post those people who have left your service because of your inhumanity toward people with disability!!!!!!!!!

Epic Assist should have nothing to do with people with disability. Full Stop. This is Australia for God sake!

Epic Assist's failures in my case actually led to Centrelink intervening and putting an end to my involvement with Epic Assist.

Epic Assist should be defunded and disbanded.

I just signed up & they actually listened regarding my situation – I found Epic Assist by chance on Facebook & I'm glad I did I've just signed up & I had my Intake call on Monday I need to be able to work from due to poor mobility & they were very understanding regarding my situation, I've had dealings with other Disability Employment agencies & when it came to explaining situations like this they did not want to listen which I found very frustrating & plain rude.

staff are there for you and do everything possible to assist you in your hunt for meaningful employment. I willing visited twice as often as required by Centrelink and was helped greatly by the EPIC staff.
